You’d be building over semi flat ground that drains into your lagoon,so drainage shouldn’t be that much of an issue as long as you have vegetation.

In a day the channel gets an average of around 100,000 views. This should generate an estimated revenue of around $800 per day ($290,000 a year). This is just off of UA-cam, and I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't do stocks.
