Absolutely true. All started there.
Agreed, as soon as i heard this song i had to think of lzzys raise your horns post for Jill Janus. It feels like an anthem to all of them.
i struggle to find the words to describe this new record: you can tell it's full of rage (and i mean it in the best way possible) and will to live and i can see myself in those lyrics.
Raise Your Horns is the best song to end the journey the album puts you on from the beginning.
i'm so proud of this band and what they've achived during these years, and i wish their success would only grow in time. they deserve it.

I remember going to shows right before and as their second record was getting put out there. They would have some decent crowds but just hundreds of people was normal back then. Now here they are killing it in arenas and whatnot. Growing with this band has been the best thing I ever started.
@@nathanknipmeyer6973 same here. From the beginning with them. All of them have remained down to earth good people too. Fame did not corrupt them. I've even hung out with them after the show and just talked about life, YK? On one tour thru Dallas I had tix but came down with a bug, my husband went without me (so jealous) but when Lzzy didn't see me front stage she asked hubby if I was ok. He told her I was home sick. She sent me a get well card! Awesome folks! All of them. Lizzy, RJ, Josh, and Joe, you all have my heart. 💖💖

By the time the bridge hit, I was sobbing. I was raised in a religious cult, where pursing music as a career was forbidden. Five years ago I joined a rock band, ELSIE BINX. My band and the rock community in general SAVED my life in several ways 💜. I'm so proud and fortunate to be part of this community. 🤘🤘

Every time Lzzy sings that ("soar" whatever the fuck note that is, Z sharp I think) I want to cry, never before have I heard such greatness. I need to see this band, I've seen everyone else, and if they do this song, my life will be complete.
I remember the movement that Lzzy stared about mental health. That had us taking a picture rising horns.
Halestorm was a big player in me not ending my life. For me at least this song makes me want to tell the kid in me that we are past the darkness.
I was expecting an absolute head banger when I saw the title, so I cranked the volume higher... but definitely not disappointed!!

I'm dedicating this song to my lost buddy, who died unexpectedly 2 years ago this week aged 49, he was a music addict like me, and a horn raiser. Thanks Lzzy, awesome singing.

I cant stop listening to this one. I wished I would have done a reaction to it because i was in tears. I am currently battling cancer and this song kind of fired me up. Thank you. I needed this so badly. I've been feeling totally hopeless since I lost my mom in January. Feel like I lost myself...but I'm learning to find strength within myself to go on in a life without her. It's been hard. But I won't give up. I'm a mom myself and I have to stay strong for him.

This pretty much is an acoustic version as the only instrument is a piano, which is acoustic. I guess an acoustic guitar version would be a little different.

Probably my fav song ever from them, its just...so good, and also its rare that i like a whole album, usually there's one or two songs i dont like on it, but THAT album, is absolutly brilliant, and this song in particular is a FUCKING MASTERPIECE !
