Totally approved. Oh well this remind me I'm gonna see Sleep and the Melvins on the same FUCKIN NIGHT AND IT WILL BE MAY 26th, gooooood, I'm so impatient.
i saw tweak bird with atl with tool (front row in front of adam jones btw) and they were good at first, they did this weird shit with that entenna thing. it was weird as hell, but it seemed like they were going to end their songs like three times i swear, you couldnt tell if it was ending or not. it was good overall though :]
who the fuck would pay to see tool? wow i thought i was old and out of the loop. tool blows dude, always have. Maybe if i ever decide to go to a shopping mall i can break it down for you in person
this is just plain old bad, not looking forward to hearing this so called music 2moro in T.dot. They shud invest in musicians and instruments so it doesn't sounds like a cracked out homeless guy's desperate last attempts to get enuf money for his nightly bottle of paint thinnner.
man i saw tool last night in kingston, front row center, when they came on everyone just wanted to see tool so no one really cared, but when they started playing they actually hardcore, and if your still ify on the voice you can barely hear it
They weren't that good either, If unique / different are the criteria. They got that covered, But I dam sure would never knowingly pay to hear them, Tool, CD, local bar for $3 or other wise.
This is a lot better than when I heard them in Fairfax over the summer....the instrumentals were/are amazing, though...somehow the voices weird me out, though o.0
Every video I see by a band that hasn't got a facebook with 100,000+ fans and 2million views has some child-playing-critic bitching about hipsters, gosh.
It's impressive stuff to watch and consider live, with the sounds he's getting out of the bass and the presence of the drums. But honestly, the quality of the music in general leaves me kinda cold. Technically it's interesteing but it just doesn't speak to me. Maybe in the future or possibly in the studio it will work.
@railpoint i don´t hear any mars volta in there, but i´m gonna agree on electric wizard and black sabbath - a bit boris (say, from the album "pink") in there too!
Saw them last night in Duluth. This band is really Original, they combine a taste of classic rock with prog, they're song style reminded me very much of the White Stripes. The progressive interludes with the woodwind instruments were impressive.
I missed them opening for tool on the 5th at amphitheatre, but I've heard great things, and they sound pretty awesome. too bad we got there a bit late for them :(
Perhaps that's a *_-cymbal-_* *_symbol_* for how *_high_* these drug-seekin' TWEAKer-Beaker-Beak-BIRDs get on a frequent bas(s)is(t) - or lack thereof, regarding a parenthetical bassist. Albeit, I would not - yet, at least - bet wages on any alleged habitual usage in which they may be regularly trippin' faces, so to speak, since I am truly unable to fully gauge this, don't you see?
I miss Tweak Bird
yep saw them at tool 09 in san antonio.... he played lateralus with mr carey
this is REAL progressive rock
Same here...damnit!
Totally approved. Oh well this remind me I'm gonna see Sleep and the Melvins on the same FUCKIN NIGHT AND IT WILL BE MAY 26th, gooooood, I'm so impatient.
Saw them open for Tool in Duluth... I enjoyed it for some reason
saw these guys with big business at the grog shop early in 09. i had to buy the (self-titled) album right there.
is that a baritone guitar?
sounds a lot better when it's slowed down like this
i saw tweak bird with atl with tool (front row in front of adam jones btw) and they were good at first, they did this weird shit with that entenna thing. it was weird as hell, but it seemed like they were going to end their songs like three times i swear, you couldnt tell if it was ending or not. it was good overall though :]
THEY where on tour with TOOL! EVERYbody knows that Tool aren´t on tour!! They were 3 years agO! :(
why is that guy's left crash cymbal almost touching the ceiling?
who the fuck would pay to see tool? wow i thought i was old and out of the loop. tool blows dude, always have. Maybe if i ever decide to go to a shopping mall i can break it down for you in person
what the fuck is that theremin like thing on caleb's amp?
WhatTool?
tool isn't even on tour with tool
So ill
it's true, lamb of god sucks, bigtime.
Wish they were this heavy on album
I can't believe they removed this song, and album, from Google Music all access
That's Great! One of the best live performance i've seen.
this is just plain old bad, not looking forward to hearing this so called music 2moro in T.dot. They shud invest in musicians and instruments so it doesn't sounds like a cracked out homeless guy's desperate last attempts to get enuf money for his nightly bottle of paint thinnner.

Sec. 26, R. 12 here... wonder if the 8pm start time is for these dudes or Tool. I'm hoping to be @ the arena by 7 at the latest.
They weren't that good either, If unique / different are the criteria. They got that covered, But I dam sure would never knowingly pay to hear them, Tool, CD, local bar for $3 or other wise.
These guys are so tight for a two piece it's crazy.
This is a lot better than when I heard them in Fairfax over the summer....the instrumentals were/are amazing, though...somehow the voices weird me out, though o.0
They're opening for Tool when I see them on the 24th... can't fucking wait, these guys are out of their minds
Every video I see by a band that hasn't got a facebook with 100,000+ fans and 2million views has some child-playing-critic bitching about hipsters, gosh.
im going to see tool tonight, these guys are opening. never heard of them before today. hope some songs are better than this one is all i can say.
checked them out because of them opening for tool. i was impressed watching the drummer play during lateralus but this is just absolutely awful.
I'm sorry, usually I'm super open to noisy lo-fi music, especially from los angeles, but I am just not a fan. Abe Vigoda is alot better.
wtf!? why are people hating on Tweak Bird? I saw them open for tool, and yeah the vocals aren't that great, but I thought they sounded good
hmm, i don't mind this, but the vocals shit me oh so bad...its like they're trying to be the dudes from the mars volta
Saw them last night with tool in Virginia. Tool was great, but suffering through this crap was horrible !
last night? thats where i was. I think they probably stayed up so long because Tool was running late.
I am going to San Antonio and Dallas and will be throwing my spare change at these men.
the only similarity is its high pitch...
I just saw tool on the 30th, check out my footage. I got some tweak bird up too.
These dudes plus Black Tusk and Valient Thorr. Sign me the fuck up.
fucking great can't wait to see u guys on london atp .
lamb of god is horrible. tweak bird surpasses them by miles.
I saw these guys open for Big Business. They were awesome live but the album I bought of theirs wasn't as heavy. Good band.
I will be in the house on 7/24/09 in SA...sec 209
yeah..i keep looking for arrowhead by these guys

Maybe in the future or possibly in the studio it will work.
Steve C what band are you in? 10 years later I bet you still sound like a douche!
the charlotte show was godly!best 2 hours of my life!
fuel tv was pretty sick!!
wow I saw them in Deluth 2 Tool was great
wow, I thought they rocked the shit out.
so you agree with me then. good.
nah it was the 27th. in atlanta.
but the drummer can drum
haha no they are not
don't like it
do agree!
@railpoint i don´t hear any mars volta in there, but i´m gonna agree on electric wizard and black sabbath - a bit boris (say, from the album "pink") in there too!
@HalfwayHouse12a i also saw them with big business, and trust me, the new album is heavier and flat out better. it rocks.
Yes the Rio Rancho show was wicked, wicked, wicked. My ears are still ringing and the songs still echoing in my mind. Try and make it last.
Saw them last night in Duluth. This band is really Original, they combine a taste of classic rock with prog, they're song style reminded me very much of the White Stripes. The progressive interludes with the woodwind instruments were impressive.
Tweak Bird was fantastic.........blues laden prog rock........original and great. The band is still pretty young.
I just saw these guys @ the Phoenix show on the 21st. They have some good shit. I was impressed. TOOL was amazing, too.
If like heavy stuff like this, you should check out a band called "sleep"
I missed them opening for tool on the 5th at amphitheatre, but I've heard great things, and they sound pretty awesome. too bad we got there a bit late for them :(
Bravo! Greatness! I think I alone can say that C.B. and Ashton played my 30th bday party in my backyard in BFE five years ago almost to the day. HA!
if you know it could you please make a video for it cause i tried learning it by ear and i'm having some trouble, thanks
Saw them with Tool friday
betterl life. i liked their energy!
his crsh is waaaaaaaay up there lol
they opened for tool when i saw em in 09
i thought they were kickass
i was there too, aenima was so intense!
I was thinking the prog baby of Tourche, Wizard and Rush
ill be at that show too :) i cant wait either.
I just saw these guys in Lincoln NE! Awesome duo!
--timbo
i attended one too, and it was amazing. in ohio.
As long as you tune to Drop A it should be really easy to learn.
great sounds! Loved it!
These dudes fuckin killing it!!! Love this jam!
Now that's what I call a kick drum.
look at how high that cymbal is
Perhaps that's a *_-cymbal-_* *_symbol_* for how *_high_* these drug-seekin' TWEAKer-Beaker-Beak-BIRDs get on a frequent bas(s)is(t) - or lack thereof, regarding a parenthetical bassist. his crash cymbal is in space
lucky bastard
@bosshallucy hahahah
heavy!!
@chrishuhnke :|
just learn by ear. this song is incredibly easy to figure out...
guess I'll make sure to hit the bathroom while these guys play while waiting 4 Tool.
the singing sounds alot like the mars volta.
