Ingredients: • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter • 2 cups granulated sugar • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 4 large eggs • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat the Oven: • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper. 2. Melt the Butter: • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly. 3. Mix the Dry Ingredients: • In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder until well combined. Add the melted butter and stir until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract. 4. Add the Eggs: • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture is glossy and smooth. 5. Combine and Bake: • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips if using. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. 6. Bake: • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Do not overbake for fudgy brownies. 7.
