Some will argue tommy bowe granddads might argue trevor Ringland but keith earls is without doubt irelands greatest ever wing, well over 100 tries between club and Country that's some haul became a brilliant defender too and a tasty looking silverware haul to cap it all off
This guy's defence tho. It was so good. pretty pacy and athletic too. Ggs keith earls. U better do bundee aki aswell cos he ain't gonna be the same. Same with garry ringrose
The bigger the games, the more tension in the teams...all of them. Ireland, when not tense - you just look at some of that play (not just Earls, super as he was) and..... the potential has always been there. The longer they hang on in there close to the top, the less tension will show at the top. It's a journey they are still on. This WC will have been a great experience to know more about pressure and learning the tools to lessen its impact on performance.
Stats disagree bud, 64 tries for munster 36 for ireland, you saw all those chasebacks and ankle taps if you watches the vid, he was a great defender, 2 maybe 3 grand slams, 3 six nations titles at least 3 triple crowns, test series v Australia and nz 2x magners league and 1burc and 1 Heineken Cup, 101 caps for ireland, earls is one of the greats and the stats back it up
It’s rumoured that Keith chased down William Webb Ellis when he picked up the ball
Feels like one of the most underrated players of his day. Deceptively quick, punched above his weight in defence, and was incredibly skilled
Keith was great for us all those years.☘️☘️☘️
He produced some magic moments, will miss him.
Huge inspiration for those with mental health issues. Will miss seeing him play at Thomand
What a legend. Not just as a Munster and Ireland supporter but as a rugby fan
As a Leinster fan, Earls was the one Munster player I wish we had. I wish him all the very best - thank you Keith 👏👏👏👏👏
POC? Woodie? ROG? POM? What are you on about? Are you a rugby fan or just like living in a Leinster echo chamber?
Gwan Earlsy! Legend. I've watched his whole career and I'll miss him
Just definition of solid

As a welsh man what a legend 🏴
Ireland's top World Cup Try Scorer
One of our greatest players !!
Earls' career spanned my entire time supporting Munster, it's going to be so weird having him gone this season
Good vid 👌

He had a habit of scoring against Wales 🤣🤣🤣
Ik that bugger he was 😂🏴
A legend of the game.
Italians must be sick of the sight of him.
Great player
I don’t know why, but I really remember his intercept against Australia in the 2011 RWC, even though he didn’t score.
Was it sexton threw all them intercepts Earls had to make try saving tackles for?
I doubt it in the Munster matches!
Shame he never made it to a World Cup semi final
Photoshopping Earls' arms in the thumbnail is a bit weird
Considering he was 3ft 7 he was a good player lol.
So he's shot up another few inches then 😂😂😂😂😂
@darraghtormey1500 well on his profile it probably says he's 6ft 4 😂
Overrated. Most of those tries were scored against below average teams like Russia, USA or Wales.
They weren't, and how would that make him overrated?
@AndrewDavidForde whoosh I was joking, it was more of a dig against Wales tbh.
@ I think one of the tries he scored against Wales in this vid was when Wales knocked Ireland out of the 2011 World Cup?

Bang average Player
