    Awesome. By far the best video I’ve seen on how to wheelie. All the angles and hearing the engine revs etc.. seeing the clutch control! Awesome!

    Wicked video, I've been dropping the clutch too quick, you've explained it well, and haven't seen people mention putting weight on the rear for traction so that should help me too, I've been loading up the front because people always mention that in videos but not the rear so I've been throwing my weight forward, can't wait to get out and see how I go with those 2 changes, thx fellas

    Hey fellas, awesome video! You have inspired me to get into it
    Just wondering if the newer Dynas with 6 speed are okay? Or would you recommend hunting down an older 5 speed model.
    Would be used for a bit of everything
    Would love to hear your thoughts
    Cheers

    If a master wheelie with Chinese 125cc dirtbike, I should be able to wheelies on 1200 right?

    • @twoblokesonebike

      Absolutely the concepts the same its just a matter of gradually transferring them to a bigger bike 🤘

    What's your thoughts on using a T-bar setup for wheelies rather than risers and an MX bar? Like say 13" lucky daves.

    • @twoblokesonebike
      @twoblokesonebike  4 місяці тому +1

      Totally fine to run T-bars all about comfort any style of bars that don’t have a long lever point like ape hangers will be safe 👌🏻

    Thanks for the advice, is it just way too hard to even bother trying to start them in 2nd gear?
    I never thought everyone would start them in 1st gear even though the bikes are heavy

    • @twoblokesonebike
      @twoblokesonebike  3 місяці тому +1

      You need a lot more effort and control in 2nd gear 1st is definitely easier to pop it up and keeps the bike at a much more stable feel🤘

      Give Farrows Customs a ring mate they have a specially designed oil sump for wheelies 🤘

    Thoughts on softail m8 platorm compared to dynas for wheelies?

    • @twoblokesonebike
      @twoblokesonebike  4 місяці тому +1

      I much prefer the twin cam dyna for wheelies. The main reason is the rear brake control the Softail wheelies great I just prefer the rear brake on the dyna - Bryan🤘
      And Dyna bro has a better ring to it 😂

    Wheelies, power slides and burnouts are you better off with tq or hp?

    • @twoblokesonebike
      @twoblokesonebike  4 місяці тому

      Torque with everything once the wheelie is up or the skid is started (torque) you don’t need a heap of power to keep it going.

    Cheers for the vid lads I just bought my first bike at 40 a XSR700 it's a bit pokey for me and I have brought the front wheel up in first and second (without meaning too) a couple of time and shat myself before rear breaking down or bailing out of the go handle. I will endeavour to learn how to wheelie with some panache on purpose one day I think this video will help with that journey. That bike looks mental Bryan cheers!
