    Golden Cereals Pumpkin (Vegetarian)
    500g pumpkin
    3 sticks of curry leaves
    3 small cillies (cut into rings)
    1 tablespoon butter
    Ingredient: Crunchy batter:
    4 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp tapioca flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 tbsp cooking oil
    Appropriate amount of water (add slowly, not too dilute)
    Nestle cereal (mix well):
    1 small bowl of Nestle cereal
    1 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

    Nyonya Acar
    Ingredients A:
    150g cabbage
    5-6 long beans
    1 cucumber
    1 carrot
    1/4 pineapple
    Ingredients B: (all blend together)
    6pcs Candlenut (Buah Keras)
    4cm turmeric(kunyit)
    A little Galangal
    Seasoning:
    4 tablespoons chili boh
    5 tablespoons sugar
    5 tablespoons white vinegar
    1 teaspoon salt
    Half a small bowl of roasted peanuts (crushed)
    2 tbsp sautéed sesame seeds

    Mix Vegetable Curry (Vegan Recipe)
    Ingredients: (you can add your favorite vegetables and amount)
    4-5 slices cabbage (cut into small pieces)
    1-2 eggplants (cut into long strips)
    6-8 lady fingers (cut in half)
    6-8 long beans (cut into pieces)
    15 tofu puffs (cut in half)
    100ml thick coconut milk/evaporated milk
    Curry Ingredients:
    8 dried chili
    1 small piece ginger
    1 small piece turmeric
    1 small piece Lengkuas / Galangal
    2 stalks lemongrass (beat)
    1.5 tablespoon vegetarian meat curry powder (I use Babas brand)
    1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
    a pinch of curry leaves
    seasoning:
    appropriate amount of sugar
    appropriate amount of salt
    tips:
    Adjust the seasoning to your own taste.

    Stir Fry Bitter Gourd and Soy Chip in Black Bean Sauce Recipe(Vegan)
    ingredient:
    1 Bitter Gourd
    1 package of fresh Soy Chip(1 piece cut into 2-3 slices)
    A little ginger (shredded)
    2 tablespoons Black Bean Sauce
    1 tablespoon bean paste
    3-4 small chillis
    Seasoning:
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    1/2 teaspoon black sauce soy
