I definitely appreciate it and welcome to the channel! For the property assessment list you can definitely email public records for that list and the same goes for tax delinquent list. I find it a bit easier to sift the list via a computer though. They typically send a large number of names through an excel spreadsheet but that could be different depending on where you are located.

Thanks for the question! The biggest tip I have is to dive in and get started. Analysis paralysis keeps a lot of us back and at some point for me, I had to take the leap and get started. I was a teacher for many years in DC and finally decided to take that leap and start creating generational wealth for our family.

Please note, Veterans get more incentives when purchasing property. So please don't assume the outcome will be the same for you. There is a difference ...that's all I'm saying. I have a few veterans in my family and they are all in real estate because they are provided incentive when purchasing property.
This video was not about veteran incentives. I have other videos that discuss those benefits that my family and other veterans can take advantage of. Those veterans that you referred to, please have them comment as they are actually veterans that invest in real estate.

Hello K, Thank you for sharing good information that others don’t care to tell. The county that I live in will not give the information you are discussing. Before I seen your video my grandmother told me some of what you are talking about. Long story short went to the county building and they stated that a Code violations list nor tax delinquent list exists. They have to have one because how else do they keep track lol! If I’m not able to get these lists can you share another possible option as to how I am able to get the lists please. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

If you’re a home buyer who believes in that type of thing which believe it or not more than not buyers come with all weird diff types of stipulations when looking for a home nd this sometimes is one of them. Those ones can usually either sit longer or buyers get them to later sell them right back off. Then from a real estates aspect they tell agents or you learn this through our real estate’s studies about avoiding certain weird or wacky home designs or layouts, things that seem too different or too huge billion dollar type homes because they’re harder to sell. Real estates nd home designers know a certain number of ppl jus seem to opt for or lean towards more modern type homes with a certain balance & equal design to the homes rather than not. So the home jus sits where it falls into the next persons hands who maybe able to sell it or wte. They also feel like these particular homes can promote isolation & lack of energy or wte which they don’t want to promote to a buyer when tryna sell.

Contact the County and ask for the list of liens against it, I believe

Then from a real estates aspect they tell agents or you learn this through our real estate’s studies about avoiding certain weird or wacky home designs or layouts, things that seem too different or too huge billion dollar type homes because they’re harder to sell. Real estates nd home designers know a certain number of ppl jus seem to opt for or lean towards more modern type homes with a certain balance & equal design to the homes rather than not. So the home jus sits where it falls into the next persons hands who maybe able to sell it or wte. They also feel like these particular homes can promote isolation & lack of energy or wte which they don’t want to promote to a buyer when tryna sell.
