That would usually show if a loss of compression is due to rings or valves, etc., but with blow-by that bad it's obviously rings (or something else). Valves won't cause blow-by like that.

I say rebuild the mustang , I love the fox body and would love to have that car in a heartbeat and I'm a camaro guy and still love the fox body . I say save her and fix it .
I'm guessing that maybe they somehow leaned it out on the driver side bank, and if they were throwing all of the boost or all of the nitrous at it, then that could cause that damage.
Apply pressure to cylinder with air compressor and listen to it where it makes hissing sound. If sound is coming from cylinder next to it then it has blown head gasket between those cylinders.
I’d love to see this car back on the road, and it would be great for the channel if you kept it for a while, modded it a little, and drove it like hell
Judging by whoever worked on it they probably didn’t torque the head in the order it should have because if it isn’t torque in order the head wouldn’t seat with the block.
Do a diy sort of rebuild. New head gaskets, ball hone the 3 cylinders with new rings. Then sell it. I think this would be neat to see if it can run again without a ton of money.

Do you not think you would of heard air coming from the intake if the intake valves were leaking or heard air coming from exhaust pipe if the exhaust Valves were leaking when doing the comp. test? If the comp. ring on the head gasket was damaged between cylinder 5&6 due to possible prior boost on the engine like a supercharger or turbo?
Hey so I im actually a previous owner of the foxbody. I owned the car for about a year and unfortunately sold it in 2014 because i needed money for school. The car just looked so familiar when i saw the thumbnail on the first video you posted at the auction yard. I did find the foxbody at the auction page which showed as sold and was able to see the VIN number to confirm it was the one I owned. Its pretty crazy watching it on youtube now! I still have the registration papers from when i owned it. But about the car, honestly it looks, runs and sounds just like when i had it so not sure if much has been done to it. The engine does look cleaner with some parts painted and the pulleys look to be replaced. I never got inside the engine so cant tell you exactly if thats how it was when i owned it. The exhaust is different though. It had rectangular tips in front of the rear tires so yeah all that smoke would just go inside haha. Ill for sure be interested if you put it back in auction though. I do auto body myself so it would be a cool project for me to have back.
u have a piston ring problem the rings got fried and did u check the gaskets on the lower plenum of the intake because the coolant can leak from those gaskets into the oil that sits under the plenum to get in the valves. because if it was a head gasket it u would be having oil and coolant mixed or coolant coming out on the side of the block.
My heart say drop the head off whats a few hours and a gasket to find out my head says its rings and not worth the time unless you can get another foxbody cheap to make a good one between the two of them ( if me get it sold on to copart or spares parts car. Good luck

Randy the EGR gases come up through the heads into a channel in the lower intake plenum into a channel in the upper plenum to the EGR plate that is between the throttle body and upper plenum, coolant lines go into the EGR plate to cool down them EGR gases. You you took off that upper plenum, there is a round hole between the runners and a round hole in the lower plenum that match it when it's bolted together. Squirt some oil in the cylinders that had low compression and retest. If they improve then you have ring problems.
it's worth fixing. fox body mustangs are going up in value.
pour some oil into the cylinder, if the compression is higher, the rings should be replaced and if there are no changes, the valves are not tight
That would usually show if a loss of compression is due to rings or valves, etc., but with blow-by that bad it's obviously rings (or something else). Valves won't cause blow-by like that.

It could be a head gasket blown near where the intake meets and could be causing the blow by. The cylinders pushing pressure into the crankcase.
Piston rings. There lies the oil in the cylinders, and the extra smell of gas in the oil.
Sometimes the rings won't seat properly on a fresh motor. They probably built it, got it running and then trashed on it right away lol
