That said, Shiki, Jack and possibly Carmilla can take her. Hell, Jack and Carmilla both have dedicated anti-female buffs due to their legends involving what they did to women. Sanson's main kit is good for Medb due to her being both 1.) evil, and 2.) relatively human.

Robin Hood, Cu, Saint George. And I can't stress this one enough. Hans Christian Andersen. He is a slow burner and won't do you much good in the early days of FGO. But he's a amazing suppoet that's easy to get and max out. He will help you a crap load in Camelot and beyond Also NA is about to get a 3 star named David. He is VERY good.
He is a very good tank. he can last quite a few turns and buy your team time to setup combos. Plus he allows you to control single target NPs. if you know they are going to hit George you know where to put your defensive abilities. Like Mash's shield or the Mystic Code's evasion skill. Basically he allows you to protect your key units.
How come my medusa's attack animations don't look that cool? I play on the English version. Do you have to get her to last ascension? Or is it just the JP version?
