Christmas Came Early For Grandma Gayle - 1

This yard is in east Jacksonville, about 5 miles from the beach.
I have a client who lives across the street from this house, so I see it every Thursday. The video “Sneaky Snakes, Blue Angels, & Thick Grass” takes place there.
I approached Mrs Gayle a few months ago to clean it up for her, and I finally had the time to do it correctly. Her home is one of the first homes in this area of Jacksonville and it’s still standing firmly. She has lived in the home since 1960, when her dad built it for her family. There’s a chance it’s the oldest remaining home in this area, so I wanted to help her out. There were parts of the yard that haven’t been cut since the 1990’s. I spent the majority of Saturday & Sunday cutting and cleaning it up for her. Gayle, her relatives, friends, & neighbors were all pleasantly surprised at how much I cleaned up. She thought I was going to quickly run through it with the mower, and I was happy to prove her wrong. You can see how happy she is at the end. I am so happy it’s over with and I can relax.

Everyone reading this, @JaxonHayesPlays is my 3 year old using “talk to text” software. It’s a bit rambling and redundant, but it’s him. I am usually editing it but he can operate all the technology in our home. It’s amazing how quickly these young kids learn how to use technology. Happy new year everybody!

Your kindness and Hardwork are much appreciated. Obviously you chose someone that really needed your help. No judgment, but sometimes people do not know how to clean or keep things clean. Great job working on this property.

I was going to give you a shoutout on the 2nd part bc I included before and after pics…then I ran into major difficulties with the video.
My original and best video was 51 mins long, my content app wouldn’t even start to download it for me. So I had to cut 20 mins off it, then it still wouldn’t work, so I had to make it two parts.
I uploaded the second one at the same time as the first one and it’s still sitting at 1%, gotta love it lol
This was a huge job to do by yourself. What a wonderful gift you gave her. Thank you.
Thank you so much, I actually underestimated how much work it was. I couldn’t simply mow everything with my big mower. In fact, I think I used my mower for 5 minutes of the 14 combined hours I was there lol.

I’m very sorry everyone, I originally had a 51 minute video which was too long to upload. I then cut it to 31 minutes and it was still too long. So I cut THAT into 2 videos, uploaded them both, and the second one has been stuck at 1% for hours.
