Un beau projet que je caresse aussi depuis longtemps. J''ai pour cela rassemblé une abondante documentation qui outre "L'art du facteur d'orgue" de François de Dom Bedos de Celles de Sallèles comprend deux fascicules anglais du début du 20ème siècle avec méthode et plans sur la construction d'un orgue de salon 2 claviers, pédalier à peu près du même format que le votre..
Sur votre site, à la rubrique"quelques chiffres", il manque un chiffre essentiel,, le coût de fabrication de l'instrument et aussi les dimensions de chaque élément , la liste des fournisseurs, le descriptif de la méthode de fabrication pour chaque étape et chaque élément, , le montage, l''harmonisation,, les réglages, etc...

Parallel is standard in Continental Europe...
Impressive! There's a metal plate at the end of every key to create resistance and then there's a thin, wound metal spring on every key. Can anybody tell me what for this spring is?
The metal plate does not give enough effort to raise the key. It is necessary to put a spring.

That's likely a work in progress... and the good Fatar ones are expensive... Takes people time to save up for these things.
