Still rocking my C1
Yeah each year oleds get better, but the increments are so small. Just about any oled from the last 5 years is still incredible
I’m still very impressed with my B7. Waiting for that 83” QD oled though. I’m sure I will be blown away all over again.
Same my 65 C1
@@ShotgunSandwichENTno lol
@@fancyson0 no what?
This is first time I see c3 this good on UA-cam, he makes me love it .
I just got this a couple days ago and coming from a standard led lcd all I can say I wow..the c3 is a beast of tv..lg have come a long way with there oled tech it’s why they sit just above the other brands 👍
Can this be wall mounted ?
@@SajidAli-ef3fhNo 😞
Yes they can 😂. My 65 inch is wall mounted @@21backwards78
@@21backwards78what!! Really!?
Still loving both my lg 55" c1 and 65"c1
I bought lg c3 since 6/7/2024.
From lg 55sk79 to oled c3
Men i have never seen anything like this, all of my friends who came to see the tv,they never left until mid night. All are waiting to watch euro 4k sem finals on my TV.
@@peterkerenge9207 So the television will attract extra visitors hence extra bills 😀
Just purchased my first LG. I’ve only owned Samsungs and Sonys. Got the 65” coming next Saturday. The quality that LG has been consistently putting out is undeniable. I’m excited!
Don't get too excited, you just joined a death cult.
How have you liked it? I just purchased the LG C3 yesterday and it'll be here in 5 days! I've also only owned Samsung TV's (wasn't impressed with the coloring on my current one), and this will be my first OLED since it finally went on sale for a price I was willing to pay.
@@morganmariexhow do you like it? I am considering this tv as well. Will by my first Oled. Replacing a 2018 Samsung standard led. It seems like the oled technology is the way to go. Just not sure how bright it’ll be.. will be used in a darker room so I think it’ll be ok
@c1rca23 I have it in my bedroom which is often darker as well, and it looks fantastic! I have absolutely no complaints. Every time you reach 4 hours of use, it'll do a pixel cleaning to maintain the TV's longevity. The features it has are great and very user-friendly too.
I recommend using the theater mode picture setting (and if it looks too warm at first you can manually lower it until your eyes adjust.) I even use warmer tones now for gaming with this OLED since it looks so good. Also, if you have it in a darker room, you can turn the Gamma down to BT.1886 so it isn't too bright or harsh for your eyes.
Overall, I think it's definitely worth it! I don't think you'll have any regrets.
@@morganmariex Oh I have been loving it! You wanna know how good a TV really is? My wife loves the TV! That’s your answer lol. She’s a little snooty now. She mainly only looks for 4k content now lol
SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION, PROFESSIONAL.
Thank you, just purchased my 1LG, this helped me a lot
Excellent all around full of features OLED TV. C series tried and true for years
Had a G1 and the remote it is great!! I love it
I love my CX I got back in 2020 but I’d love to upgrade for either the C3 or wait and see if the C4 will be even more of an upgrade. Just wish it was easy to trade in tvs, not selling on fb or so.
I have the CX and the C3 both in 77" and there's not enough difference to warrant an upgrade. I love watching content on either TV.
I was going to grab a C2 on sale but waited for a C3 sale because it appears to have ATSC 3.0, which I consider to be a big deal. 4K res over-the-air is going to look fantastic with a good signal because the picture quality won't have as much compression on it vs internet codec standards.
What do you mean
@AMRITPALSINGH-xo6dz ATSC 3.0 spec means if you connect a compatible modern antenna to the C3 it can receive 4K resolution over the airwave channels. That means a less compressed signal, hence sharper picture.
I just bought a 55-in C3 since it went on sale over memorial day weekend! It'll be a slight downsize, but I actually think it'll fit better in my bedroom. I'm looking forward to it for gaming, it'll be a VAST improvement over my old Samsung TV that's just a regular old UHD 4K.
Those who don't know - LG makes OLED panels for LG and Sony and every other companies because they have the patent
Im still rocking my B6. Still an amazing set.
And here I am with my CX, thinking about upgrading now or with next year's models lol
@@Tomiply I bought a 65 inch s90c for my bedroom 2 months ago 😂 the B6 is rapidly deteriorating.. clarity is rapidly getting worst, picture darker and color desaturation. Idk if its just my eye sight or if the B6 is dying.
I have almost 30K hours on my B6. Definitely upgrading to either a C4 or G4 next November.
Got this bad boy yesterday for my gameroom!! Holyyyy shyt! It’s phenomenal for gaming, and obviously 4K content!
I’m still rocking the LG E6. Looking to get the 83” best picture quality I can get for the “sweet spot price” I’m almost waiting until the new C4’s drop next year and grab a C3 on a deeper discount. David When do you think this will happen?
Still rocking my 2016 LG C6P. Definitely upgrading this year.
Does this have 3D? You might be able to sell it for a lot more than you think.
im rocking my cx
@@umbrellaman386How would you go about selling it?
Still have my 930t 2014 OLED and rocks.... half the power usage of these new ones and one of the best controllers and UI compared to the modern monstrosities
I won't get rid of my 3d oled. Sad new ones aren't 3d
Just ordered it from Costco, pickup tomorrow! 65in
Great review!!
I have the C1 Ill probably wait for the 4th or 5th
I’m still got the cX from 2020
I personally love the LG magic remote. I’m a first time LG C3 owner and I’ve found the remote to be incredibly intuitive. My only complaint is that it’s sorely missing some media playback buttons (play, skip, pause, etc.) This is somewhat remedied by using the mic button and voicing the playback command. Not ideal but it works.
And lack of backlit.
Were you able to login to Hulu?
@@allie12212 Yes, the Hulu app works just fine on my C3.
You should have mention audio formats - only the C3 has the most compatibility and also dolby vision
Better than samsung for audio decoding.??
I got a C3 and im really happy with it so far no complaint.
How do you feel about colors? Are they punchy? Need to decide between s90c and c3
Just bought the 77 C3 for $2300 new. Saw the price and couldn't resist I was already in the tv market. Also got 24 months no interest financing so it doesn't hurt yet lol. Planning on getting a very long hdmi and usb 3.0 extender to usb hub in order to use my gaming pc on it. Lil jank but it's better than moving my pc or streaming gameplay.
where are they selling this for $2300? Thanks so much for your help

Nice I just got my 65 C3 for the same 24 free interest I love it!
@@edmundnieginski6142it’s been 6 months so you may not be in the market still but Costco has them for $2300 out the door.
still have my cx and was checking if the new tvs beats mine and no it doesn't only in brightness
Just bought the c3 55inc some TV amazing 👌🏻😁
Do you feel it’s big enough. I’m torn I have a 55 now and would like to move up but I’d only have space for a 65 but I don’t know if it’s worth the extra money
I bought my LG OLED TV in 2018, and it seems like the biggest thing I'm missing with it is the 120hz refresh rate, and maybe some brightness improvements.
Most genuine reviews always. I am confused between LGC3 and Sony A80L. Please suggest. For use in my living room, it has natural light, and I will be watching mixed content on Tata Sky like News, Tv shows, Sports and OTT content. Viewing distance 8 feet, plan to get 55 inch size. Also, what about Samsung S90C. I'm very confused between these three. Will OLED be safe on Tata Play (Sky) with that logo constantly on screen.
Had an A1 got a C3. If you drive into the sun on Gran Turismo it hurts your eyes.
Just bought a 77”. It’s on the way!
Powerful 🎉
Me too
How do you like it, I'm planning on getting one, me and my dad watch TV and shows together, we currently have a 65" TCL 4k

I still love the way my 77" GX looks. Im thinking of selling it for $2300 though. I just need some buyers
Great video!
This was a great review. Can you tell me what is the model of those mobile stands you are using to hold the tvs at :26?
I'm still on a 65c7p. Thinking about a c3 77 inch.
Lg bx 55 here what should I upgrade to i care about brightness and gaming
At the moment i'm writing there's a 380€ (comparable to 380$) difference between the 65" C3 and the 65" G3, which do you think i should buy?
Waiting for MLA to come to a 42 C series TV. Perhaps in 2024. No MLA for this year was a disappointment.
👍
Can we watch Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max ProRess 422 10bit 4K videos on LG C3 4K OLED TV? I've LG C2 4K OLED TV does not support Apple ProRess 422 10bit 4K.
Such a helpful video, thank you so much boss man!
Great video. Guys, I can get C3 65 inch or G3 55 inch, same price. Which one would you choose? Thanks.

Im buying one today. YOLO!
Hey if theres a soundbar in front, would that block pointer remote functionality?

Do i really need to get the warranty for the c3
Thank you for confirming that I can move it on my own lol
WHEN EXACTLY DOES THE A95L COME OUT???
42 in c3 incredible for pc gaming

Love my C2. Does not seem to be any difference.
Saving up for C2 OLED
All the features you mentioned exist on older models. I would have loved to see more focus on what's new.

Luckily I got it just now with the $800 discount on it
Been wondering if it's time to move from CX to G3
I still have my cx..it’s still going strong
In my opinion, it's not time unless you feel like your CX is struggling with enough brightness.
What would be the better pick ? LG Oled C3 or Sony A 90k in 48''. Only watch Tv and movies. Wich one is better no matter the price. Thanks.
a90k has the QD oled newest tech so it gets brighter and wider color gambit
Just bought the C3 77in on Black Friday for $2,000 after using my $500 Best Buy credit plus no sales tax since I bought it in Portland….. it’s worth every single penny 🤩
The C3 is the best for your money, it has just about everything with a great picture.
Hi. Do you know if we can remove Netflix, Disney, Prime, hulu and all these apps? I just don't want to see them at all. I even plan to change the remote controller for one that doesn't have all these quick app buttons. Thanks.
@@shawnmoore7517buy an nvidia shield
@@shawnmoore7517yes you can just press the edit button on the screen
@@ShogunWolf I will see if we can remove these apps. I don't use them. On the other hand I've installed an app for IPTV, and with the television's processor, it's super fast and fluid. I'm not at home, and I forgot the name of that app, but it's a one time payment of $12 or so.
This be an upgrade over sony x85j?
1:18 omg those reflections lol
I’d rather have those reflections than lose contrast with a TV like the new Samsung S95D with its matte finish
What are the blacks like on this TV? My current LG model it's hard to see what's going on in dark scenes.

I've got the older 65"

How about burn-in as computer monitor?
Just got a C3 today for $1728 CDN.

Is it worth the upgrade from an LG CX?
I have both and it's not worth an upgrade. Both TVs look great.
@@richarda3764 So I bought a new house and bought a G3 77 OLED.
Better than A80L?
What about the g2
I was wondering if I should get 2 83 inch for my VR, they might be a bit heavy on my head, but I am pretty stronk!!!
I’d love to upgrade but my c1 is flawless at 15k hours and I’m rocking it til it goes BOOM!! 💥 plus I have a 7 year warranty on it still 😂 Oled FTW yee yeeee
Hey guys! I’m wondering if the C3 is better than the G2!? I debating to buy either one until the 4th of July sale at Best Buy is over.

The G2 is slightly better than the c3
@@samuelfreericks168 sheesh for my first lg oled tv I might get the g3
Is the C3 a 10 or 12 bit panel?
all are 10
curious how much of a "step-up" a c3 is compared to c1?
@@CharlesMichael-fo9uf understood as seems that the c-series had only incremental upgrades over the years of its models. it took me 9years to upgrade from my 1080p LCD TV (LG-LA6200) to C1.. might have to wait for another duration to upgrade my C1
Just ordered my 65 c3 for 1700$
I have the LG GX and the C2 and both are 120hz. I think the G3 is 120hz as well.
yep
I just bought me this tv
Any burn in worries? Not with my Sony x95k 😂
Does remote have backlight? My other LG do not and it is a huge disappointment.
Nope. I have this model and the remote has no light/backlight.
LG C3 or Samsung S90C for PS5 gaming?
Pick s90c for better sdr and HDR highlights and better colours
LG has always made beautiful TVs, decent utilities, and terrible mobile phones. (Excluding the flip phones, they did good there). I worked at a reseller for local dealer of LG, Samsung, Sharp, and Vizio. LGs seem to have be returned due to manufacturing faults 4 or 5 times more than the other brands. Looks awesome. Comment if you have one and what your experience was.
I disagree. The LG G4 and V30 were the best phones I had so far, the V30 lasted me 5 yerars! I loved that thing especially for the great soundquality through the headphone jack and the G4 was groundbreaking in terms smartphone camera performance (it was also the last flagshipp with a removable battery). Their phones were also pretty realiable in general in terms of hardware and Software but the mostly were great because they tried different things (and were pretty successful with that in the beginning).
For me it was a sad day when they announced to quit the smartphone business...
The V 30 was the only phone rocking a 34 bit LDAC.Superlative sound.
@@naulahka1 yep
I wish LG would stop with the tv speakers. They just add cost and bulk.
Anyone who buys one of these without a proper sound system needs to be educated immediately.
Hi There great videos. I NEED HELP !!!!! I'm very fussy with tv's I like a great image THE MOST
C3 G3 C4 G4 ECT I'm after a TV that has very accurate colour, depth, skin tone and contrast.
I need a TV that doesn't come with a green TINT and a TV that doesn't show inaccurate colour tones After It gets Calibrated Meaning Perfect Picture
There are a lot of mixed reviews out there ?????
I need skin tone to look 100% at the front of the image of Say looking at Someone's FACE.
Then the middle background to be 100% in colour tone. And then finally the Back ground to look just as clear and the same in Colour Tone and Contrast ?????
What would be the very best TV Along with Brand AND THE LATEST Models ?????
HELP and GUIDENCE would be Much Appreciated Thanks ?????
Does the 83 inch uses the same material as the smaller versions? I remember last year's 83 inch model was heavier.
Yhis or the samsung 95k?
go with QD-OLED
once again no mention of the speakers or even where they are located but hey who buys a tv to listen to the audio.............errrr well me 😕
1:21 The race is on! The only thing I find disappointing about this review is this discussion of the remote control, knowing and experiencing history, both prior to remotes and after their invention.
The first remote controls had slightly fewer buttons than a Roku remote, because the analog TV tuners were rotary dials.
It was the invention of the digital tuner that enabled users to access channels without having to go through every station to get to the channel they wanted. This rapid access tuning system enabled users to quickly and conveniently get to the programming they wanted without having to go through the 13 VHF and 83 UHF (due to spectrum reallocation, it's only 69 UHF now) channels to get what they wanted.
Today's remotes, like today's education system, seek to dumb down the public and have you once again go through every station to get to what you want, just like the old analog TVs of yesteryear. It was options combined with educated simplicity (numeric keypad) that made them great. Reverting back to arrows to control the TV, even with multiple menus, is a step backwards. Voice activated remotes have potential only so long as you can remember and speak your preference clearly, and then only if you can afford them.
Bro bought a 4K tv with a 1440p Xbox S, you need the Xbox X for 4k. Not sure you knew that
Does anybody own the 77" lg c3? How is it
Nothing is wrong with the built in apps folks! No need to purchase a Roku or whatever to use the TV's built in apps....
Lg’s web os and the remote are among the best and alot better than samsung. Only lacking backlight.
What's the point of getting one if it breaks shortly after the warranty expires and servicing it is a nightmare? About a week ago my BX broke randomly after less than 1k hours in 2.5 years and I'm trying to figure out how to fix it ever since. LG defers any responsibility despite having similar issues en masse in the past. It's obscene to assume you should drop that much on a TV just because LG doesn't care to use quality components and expects you to throw it away and purchase the newer models every two years. Let's create more Earth friendly trash so that LG can reach their quarterly sales targets. 😢
It’s a bummer that we don’t get 120hz bfi….😢
was the C1 the last one that has it?
Good advice. C U later. 😉
Seen this tv in best buy today. The models on display all had burn in. Rediculous
One month ago I was about to buy an oled tv at Best Buy (I forgot the model), but then the arab seller started to push his $350 extra warranty deep in my butt. He didn't take no as an answer and started to raise his voice. He was so annoying that I ran away from the store. I just saw the same or similar models at Costco for cheaper, and their sellers don't make any commissions on the tv they sell.
@@shawnmoore7517 that warranty is a must on the oleds. But take your chances
I'm not recommending LG oled due to reliability issues panel need replacment after 1 or 2 year which cost like new tv
Hi!
I do not like OLEDs because of the subpixel layout regardless of the other drawbacks. There have been improvements this generation to a better subpixel layout but the "wasted" space inbetween pixels is still too much. Perhaps it is due to exposure to very high quality high dpi IPS displays.
has 105-108 PPI its fine
What are you on about? LG uses the space for white subpixels and everyone else has a standard subpixel layout. If you're referring to density just get an 8k oled.
*Next Stop on the C Series LG C4 then in 2025 LG C5*
Color banding can be really bad at times, worse than any tv I ever owned.
looking for a quick answer. I am looking to replace an older tv in my bedroom since I got out of the hospital. I'm either looking at the Samsung S90C, LG C3 or budget tv Neo Qled QN90C. This is strictly for gaming and streaming some netflix. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
