Kind of mind-boggling how powerful shutting down all defensive powers can be. And to think the starter box Shocker has that with his force-blast in a 40 points package.
I built a budget version of this team using Valentina Allegra De Fontaine and Prime Kingpin from Next Phase, Punisher from SMBA, and Lincoln March from Notorious as the main figures. the last set of points can be filled with Scott Porters and other assassins, soldiers, or spies that you like.
Also, you could swap red widow out for Lincoln march to get even more assassin generation, plus it would keep you to the notorious set giving you that sweet sweet +1 damage from White shirt Scott Porter.
The trait sees if you have a theme team, if you do then you get the atk bonus on all other characters, so bystanders and generated characters (constructs excluded) can be given the +1 atk
Tobi is right. The trait triggers at the beginning of the game if he's on a theme team, then as long as he's on the map, all other friendlies get the +1
So, question in regards to scott porter. Specifically the black t shirt one. His defense power states that friendly characters modify defense plus 1 if adjacent to a friendly character. Most effects like this state "one or more" Because it doesnt state one or more, would friendly characters nor recieve more than a plus one bonus if adjacent to multiple friendly characters? The other commonly used wording ive seen is "unique modifier". Which is also not stated. Granted he is silver ring but still
@@HeroclixHeadquarters i feel like they should have added the "one or more" then to clarify if thats the case, but alas... wiz kids QC is on point as ever lol
I wrote this diwn..i dont have scotts or Prime talon..or token dude but i have others that you have on this build. I guess i can replace scotts with items..like symbiote And golden armor or a SOX sword..
I've been playing around with a non themed version with two deadshot pieces and SHIELD to increase his range. I wish I had that Crampton bystander though, but to mention the Scott Porter pieces.
The silver unique ring on Scott porter? No, that means you can't play 2 of that same exact figure. They are two different unique figures, so it's fine. You might be thinking of the green prime ring, which you can only have 1 of on your whole team.
Noob question: Exploit Weakness/Penetrating Psychic blast = penetrating, so the only power that reduces is Invincible correct? So if an opposing character has Invul or Impervious, they just take the penetrating correct? They don't reduce pen? Might be basic question, but my group seems to think you can reduce any and all damage, even though Invincible clearly states "can reduce penetrating damage". Sorry for repeating the question from another video, but I've been leaning into Assassins lately and trying to make it good as well.

I thought the generated characters wouldn’t get the Scott atk bonus since it helps in the beginning of the game

No, it's not +1 for each. It's just looking for if they are adjacent to a friendly. If so, they get +1. Otherwise, they don't.

Can’t wait for you to update this with the new assassins we get from wheels of vengeance:)

Orb is a great new assassin you could fill points with. Or some motorcycles are good too.
@@HeroclixHeadquarters um what orb? Also wheels of vengence Set hasnt arrived in Finland yet.
Does Scott Cramton not break the theme?
Nope, bystanders don't count for or against theme.

Scott Porter being on every team is kinda annoying, stuff like that ruined dicemasters
They just do so much for 25 points, but you could probably still make some solid non themed teams without them
Does the ring around his base not mean you can't play them both?

Yes, penatrating damage gets through all reducers unless they specifically say they can reduce penatrating damage, like invincible.
@@HeroclixHeadquarters thank you very much!
Where do you get the token from?
The Scott Crampton? You have to win one online or physically at Heroclix for Huntingtons.
