Yep! I once saw an interview where Chris McNally said he almost played Mountie Nathan! While I'm sure he'd look smashing in a Mountie uniform, I'm glad he played Lucas instead, cause he's who I would envision for that part if I were to envision it.
Whoever made the final decision to cast Chris in this role needs to be thanked. He’s the perfect Lucas Bouchard and I hope Chris doesn’t tire of playing him for a very long time.
