T5 is the exact Dr. Yellow I saw just right after they announced it’s retiring. I’m very sad these trains are about to retire but at least they lasted a little while longer than 20 years and T5 will last another couple years.
@@graythewolf6096 Fortunately I won that lottery and had a chance to ride on this. Recording spots were the places between cars #2 - #3 and cars #5 - #6.

The asynchronous modulation in Type 1 seems to change according to the output of VVVF.
Yes, that's typical Hitachi's configuration - and in this file seems to behave somewhat similarly to DSC.
