@@fatpinkteddy For giving false statements and interfering with a corpse. It sounds like prosecutors are scheduled to meet early next month to go over evidence and advise if there is enough to charge her with murder. This is a tough one though. They weren't treated like suspects from the beginning and there doesn't seem to be much hard evidence. Hopefully they have enough circumstantial and behavioral evidence to convince a jury if she is truly guilty.

There’s just something off about this case and it’s always confused me! It honestly makes me wonder if something happened in the home (CA) and they tried to cover it up with a bunch of stories of a “kidnapping” which is saddening but happens more than we think or hear about!! What a precious little boy! So sad!

This story of William is such a sad case as his short life was riddled with upheaval, uncertainty and anxiety. These years have passed and yet they are no closer to discovering what happened to poor William which leads me to the conclusion that he will never be found and no one will be held accountable either. It’s always heartbreaking when a child is involved as those that loved them dearly face a lifetime of grief and pain. May the truth of what happened to William come out one day.

Foster parent has prior for abuse on former foster kid yet system allowed her to obtain William? 4 million dollar home with no surveillance? Unusual cars seen morning of disappearance yet allows William to play in yard unsupervised? Throws shade on neighbors because they are odd yet it was noted all were friendly in neighborhood? He " might have accidentally fallen from top balcony?"...foster mom pushed William to his death and foster dad helped cover it up. Sickening bastards.

I'm Australian, i have never heard of William having any developmental issues! This case was all over the news here. I also dont believe poor William was ever in Kendall. Noone outside of the foster family ever saw him there. The foster family was also shady as f#@k, they only gave interviews with their faces and voices masked. When Daniel Morcome went missing on the Sunshine Coast his parents were unmasked and in the media every day pleading for help. There was something very wrong with the foster mother and her story, i believe she has since been charged in abuse matters unrelated to William.

Lot of time has gone by. Just the fact that the Foster care person tried to place suspicion on first a neighbor then came up with a story about the two cars which no one else had seen, should have been a big red flag. It's well known that quilty people try hard to push blame elsewhere keeping it off themselves. Don't know how laws are in Australia but here s offenders are registered and laws are where they can live. It's easy to look up these people and their address. Therefore one could know just by some observation what kind of vehicle sits in the driveway etc. One can hold on to hope forever, even tho in their logical thinking they know what the outcome is. I pray there will be closure for the biological parents and family and the community.

hello again and thank you for your kindness with all your videos. !Thank you.
And this case, from this missing, wonderful, little boy, 😥 🤔
I follow it since many years.
I watched videos, listened to podcasts, read online articles. In fact, I think, this case was one of the cases, where I wanted to be able, to do my on researches in English.
Well, I learned English in school, but not very well. And my school time was long ago.😄
So I decided, to learn it again, read, listen to it, on and on, and now, I 'm listening to podcasts, true crime cases, news, documentaries in English a lot.
From Australia, South Africa, UK, USA, too Canada. 😃 .
At first, I struggeled a lot. But I wanted so much learn about this case, understand it. I read online articles, watched docus.
Of course, I watched the "60 Minutes Australia" about William Tyrell. I look for updates regularly, and thought a lot about him, his foster parents, the investigations, and the many different theories.

Its concerning to me that William's foster mother claimed he hit and bit her! Children at that age lash out at things they fear. Was she abusing him, unbeknownst to the foster father? It doesnt sit right with me. Why is she the ONLY one he hit or bit? I feel that she may be at the root of his "disappearance". 😊

    • @nlwilson4892
      @nlwilson4892 8 місяців тому +6

Normal kids yes. But he had probably been abused at the hands of his biological parents and that was why he behaved badly. It could just be that she had more contact with him, dressing him, washing him etc. It could be to do with abuse from his biological mother. I have known of drug users pay for their drugs with their kid (I'm not spelling that out because it would get deleted).
However, the possibility that he bit her and she lashed out, knocked him over and accidentally killed him is quite high.
I'd also wonder that his Spiderman fascination might have led him to have an accident by climbing up something.

Plus lying about corporal punishment (wooden spoon) is telling. It is likely the foster dad has no idea of what happened to little William and supports his wife as innocent because he is not privy to her secrets. I doubt this was a kidnapping. I think there's so much more to this than we will ever know. Personally I believe the adults involved in this which were meant to care for him had a lot to do with this and he was not kidnapped at all. I mean, who in their right mind goes inside to make a cup of tea leaving young kids outside especially in an almost isolated place. Even say you did, you would ensure you had a clear view of them. I would never do that, but would take them inside with me. No, I believe those adults are responsible for this crime. 😢

I don't understand the point of covering up an accident. I dont see how the consequences of being truthful about an accident could be worse than those of covering up an accident, concealing a death, concealing a deceased child, etc. Surely there would be consequences, and a finding of negligence could be part of that, but accidents happen and they are part of life. Surely the Australian Courts -who deal so leniently with murderers - would be realistic about an accident if the people took responsibility.

The house was down a dead end, opportunistic abductors would not be likely and would be easily spotted. I don’t think any neighbours so any unusual cars, just the foster mother. Also no one knew William was going to be there so the abduction would be a real fluke. An active young child can easily fall off the balcony and the foster mother would be in far more trouble than losing William’s sister. However, the ‘odd’ neighbour had a good view of a grass verge where William disappeared behind that lead to the back of the house abutting this neighbour. He had no history of assaulting children and was severely grilled by police before winning a case against them. The theory is that William accidentally died and was disposed of. That is an easy thing to do with all the bush land in Australia.

You must have missed it… I thi k the police suspected the foster mother early on. The biological father did a media interview saying he and the mother thought William would be safer in the foster system but he should have been just left with them from the beginning. Hard to argue with that logic after what happened.

  • @blackcatsarecool.

A few days before William went missing, the foster mother called her case worker and said she was close to giving up or giving in due to Williams behavioural issues. The foster mother also had scratches on her hands the day he went missing. True information that can be found by searching the internet.

If something in the grandmother's home actually happened, wouldn't the 5 year old sister know something? Five year olds are very observant....I know because I have 5 year old twin daughters, who literally see everything LOL. Whether it happened inside the house, or outside in the yard, I guarantee the sister would have known... and I'm sure she was questioned in a safe environment. It does seem suspicious however if you watch these videos with any regularity you will know it literally takes a few seconds to abduct a small child. Best for police to keep an open mind.
