FYI Sotanghon noodles are made of mung beans (not rice) so it's a popular replacement for rice noodles for people trying to cut carbs. Also, the beef dish is Beef Tapa. I don't believe i've seen a beef Tocino anywhere lol. Lastly Maha Blanca (the dessert with the corn) is DELICIOUS!

At a young age I go to the farmers market on weekends and there was one mom and pop would sell Filipino food/dessert. I would always get this fryer ball dough and glaze and coconut taste. There would be 3 on a stick. I love eating it.

The lady didn't explain accurately what kind of food they serve 6:17...... Spam coated in egg then fried, Beef Tocino? Or Beef TAPA? Arroz caldo? what? Explain the ingredients! Maja Mais? Made of Cornstarch slowly cooked in coconut milk. Buco pandan? It has crema? Nesel cream omg! Fruit salad with crema, condense milk and nesel cream omggggg .. redundant!
she was trying to say it was ‘eggs over easy’ but they did look sunny side up, but appeared it was gently cooked on either side, looks so good, omg!

Saturday -4/29/2023 8:00 AM, I went out this place today. It's a lot of food that was here in your video but in reality a lot of it was missing on the table. No maja maize, buko pandan, hot dogs, toyo, peanuts, fruit salad, corned beef. All items listed here are not there. But it's a nice place and good services just a lot of food missing.
Yung corned beef sana Purefood ginamit nila... Parang hindi eh..

Vigan Longganiza and Vigan Longganiza will suit you, like I do, it's on a lil sour, salty side and not sweeter side. Those are my faves, it's like different from the Original Pampanga Longganiza based u're eating (Longganiza originated from Pampanga, same with Tocino). Pampanga is the culinary capital of the Philippines. It's like 90% of people from there are the best cooks out there including my mom and Grandma and now my Aunt's, Uncle's, cousins, siblings.

The video and review is great. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the place and it's definitely not worth the visit. Good luck coming to this place at around 10am because all you will get are leftovers. Be prepared to pay $20 for ayce eggplant and eggs. Be warned.
