In Trinidad we have various types of taro. Used for bhaji or callaloo. The root is called dasheen . The one you are using we call Tania. We cooki curry with pigeon peas. Then we have a smaller one that grow in a cluster we call eddoes
You are more then a person then I am. I can not live in a place where there is no running hot water or in door plumbing as in toilet.. It one thing to be a farmer but for me I needs these two important things.. You are a super woman!!! Congratulations on your success and I will continue watching you!!!🦋
