Leave the oil filter out while you pull the drain plug. This ensures proper air-flow and lets the oil drain more smoothly and completely. Also, you don't need to replace the seal on the drain plug every time as it's a metal gasket. Not to mention the plug you put back on in this video didn't even have the gasket on it

The drain plug you took out isn't the same one you put in.

I noticed that is not a stock oil plug.stock oil plug is a prone-to-strip 10mm plug, one in video is after market larger head, which is what I recommend to replace w. But u used a replacement 10mm plug again, nooooo😂. 👍👍👍

This video starts out confusing. It would probably be helpful to tell people in the beginning what tools they need to complete the task so they can make sure they have them on hand, as well as, zoom out and show your viewers what part of the engine you're working in. Also, i dont think it's the best idea to change the filter with the dirty oil in it, but perhaps im mistaken

Why do you take out the filter while the bad oil is still in there makes no sense

Filter housing is essentially mounted to the top side of the engine while all the oil is in the oil pan which is on the bottom of the engine. As long as you let your car sit for few minutes the oil will drain down into the pan. Since this is not a spin on metal housing filter the amount of old oil left in there is completely negligible therefore you can exchange your filter before you drain the oil out of the oil pan since the engine will not be started until old oil is drained out and new oil put in so no oil will circulate through that filter. So you can change that filter and o-ring seal before you drain the "bad oil".
