Hello David. I'm the guy who commented on last week's video. I am taking 1,000 mg of L-Tyrosine and 100 mg of 5-HTP. You gave me a tip and I just bought it: ✓Magnesium Glycinate ✓B6 (p5p) ✓B9 Methylfolate ✓Vitamin D I'll start with: ✓300 mg magnesium. ✓50 mg p5p. ✓800 mcg methylfolate. ✓4.000 UI vitamin D. I hope this stack helps me with anxiety and especially with sleep. I have Phenibut here, and I take 500mg sporadically to help me sleep. Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷
Eduardo, as long as it works for you. The key to success with nootropic supplements is the willingness to experiment until you get exactly what you need to feel better.
@@Eduardo-qr7js be careful with methyls they can increase your anxiety depending on your body. And go low go slow and just see how your body feels.. especially with the b6 and methyls.
I'm still awaiting my ASD assessment. Though it's quite obvious to me that I have it. I recently had a breakthrough after doing a parasite cleanse from Healthforce Superfoods. I'm not sponsored by them, nor do I work there. But all their products are high quality. It relieved some brain inflammation that I couldn't shake with other supplements like taurine, berberine, and most others listed in this video.
Something to add that may be helpful to some of your viewers.. Beta alanine has been shown to increase serum carnosine levels much more significantly than L-carnosine supplementation.
That is impossible to do because each of us needs something different due to our own issues we're dealing with. And ALL of them are bioavailable one way or another. I cover that in each section on Dosage on each supplement.
Modafinil was originally designed to treat narcolepsy. Which is a really severe form of fatigue. Armodafinil is a pro-drug that naturally produces Modafinil once it is digested.
I just started vyvanse 40 mg and for 20-25 days all was great and then out of nowhere it just stopped working!😢what is going on ?do I really need to take days off every week?(i d rather not do it because i really need the meds)
See my video on ADHD because I created that stack specifically for that problem many years ago. I grew tolerant to Ritalin and that is what I use as do thousands of others using these stimulants.
David- you provided a link to Performance Lab nutri genesis Folate b complex. Can you please explain why said link chooses the synthetic form of folate, Folic Acid?
I am absolutely positive. I've mentioned this to their CEO. The person who wrote the label got it wrong. There is info on exactly what is in each supplement on their FAQ page as I recall but you need to dig for it. The way they produce these nutrients it is not possible that they would be synthetic and made from chemicals.
Pat, I really haven't done any research on Tourette's. But I did come across some mention of it in my research on autism. I'll need to do a separate article on Tourette's if there is enough of you who want me to.

While it's obvious to anyone who's not brainwashed that humans should mostly eat meat, I believe we should also be eating some fruit. Why would we also crave carbs if 100% meat was the optimal human diet?
I only found research referencing BCAAs and autism only caused by a mutation of the BCKDK gene. if you are autistic and BCAAs work for you it is likely because you have autism because of that single gene mutation.
Im on the spectrum too but unfortunately cant use some of these as they are high in sulphur which is incompatible with CBS mutation- and the correct folate must be used taking into consideration VDR and COMT

Can you make a video on Centella Asiatica.

Is there any clinical proof that this is true? I mean genuine peer-reviewed clinical studies and not someone's comment on a blog or video.
