For those having issues with agitation, look into glutamate toxicity (natural flavors too), low oxalate diet, low histamine diet, and GAPS. diet. Seldom known things

    Hello David.
I'm the guy who commented on last week's video.
    I am taking 1,000 mg of L-Tyrosine and 100 mg of 5-HTP.
You gave me a tip and I just bought it:
    ✓Magnesium Glycinate
    ✓B6 (p5p)
    ✓B9 Methylfolate
    ✓Vitamin D
    I'll start with:
    ✓300 mg magnesium.
    ✓50 mg p5p.
    ✓800 mcg methylfolate.
    ✓4.000 UI vitamin D.
I hope this stack helps me with anxiety and especially with sleep. I have Phenibut here, and I take 500mg sporadically to help me sleep.
    Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷

I'm still awaiting my ASD assessment. Though it's quite obvious to me that I have it. I recently had a breakthrough after doing a parasite cleanse from Healthforce Superfoods. I'm not sponsored by them, nor do I work there. But all their products are high quality. It relieved some brain inflammation that I couldn't shake with other supplements like taurine, berberine, and most others listed in this video.

Hey David! Do you have an opinion on Modafinil or Armodafinil for fatigue?

    • @NootropicsExpert
      @NootropicsExpert  Місяць тому

Modafinil was originally designed to treat narcolepsy. Which is a really severe form of fatigue. Armodafinil is a pro-drug that naturally produces Modafinil once it is digested.

I am absolutely positive. I've mentioned this to their CEO. The person who wrote the label got it wrong. There is info on exactly what is in each supplement on their FAQ page as I recall but you need to dig for it. The way they produce these nutrients it is not possible that they would be synthetic and made from chemicals.
