Personally my build for the Sword is Knight, Ante Up, Sp Saver, Power Rush, Power Stab, Deep Focus and 2 HP+, Whilst my build for the Launcher is Baller, Ante Up, Power Rush, Deep Focus, Lucky Start and 2 HP+. Great video and excellent Sword build!
This is a pretty standard build, though my only nitpick is that HP+ doesn't synergise well with Power Rush. You'd be better using that 1 BP somewhere else, or tweaking the build a bit more to become a bulkier Knight/Baller. 20 HP is generally enough to get by, especially if you know how to guard properly. I still slip up, but I rarely end up actually dying.
I dont exactly remember my builds but the basic attack cards i use are these Slingshot: Knight and ante up, Normally dont use knight and replace ball for launcher because slingshot and launcher together are op. Launcher: Baller, ante up. Sword: strictly ante up and knight Ball: Fireball. Thats like it lol. If I used ball often, baller and ante up. Though i should probably start using it because 2 softeners seems like a waste to not use D: Healer and supporter (yeah i do both in one role.) 3 free ices (or however many u have), feel fine if im helping someone with chapter 2. 2 deep focuses, 4 resurrects (its so expensive to use though, I'd recommend to tone it down unless ur me whos insane. 16 sp to use..) 3 cures. Or 4 if you can afford it. Investor or superguard, depends on my mood. And anything else, I honestly forgot. Now, my other cards. Deep focus 1x max hp 2x, speed spin 2-3x sometimes power rush though I usually forget to use it.
@catzzs Power Rush isn't worth using if you're an supporter. Also, why do you have the Knight card equipped for your Slingshot build? Doesn't that remove the Ball Slot, which also accounts for the Slingshot?
@feaquil Slingshot replaces sword actually! And yes, I agree with your first statement. Power rush isn't worth using for me personally, Unless I'm doing like pit 30+ because dying is a normal occurrence there.
@catzzs Sorry, I meant to say 'supporter' instead of 'attacker'. I also didn't know Slingshot replaces Sword, so this makes things a whole lot interesting. I might make a video testing out the weapon because I haven't used anything but Sword and Launcher [just recently].
@@cosin360 The action command is actually pretty generous, even if you get the timing wrong. You could turn off the music to help you focus. That's how I learnt how to use Ante Up with the Sword.
@Mynameisjoe321 Hoo... Alright, if you have -3 damage, you probably shouldn't attack. Even with Charge and Power Stab, you'll only be maxing out at 5 damage per two turns. It's worse in parties because turns are spread out. Not to mention, your SP usage will be at an all time high. Given you have 3 Charges, that's 3 SP down the drain, and on top of that, Power Stab which is another 3 SP. So you're expending 6 SP which is not good damage. Instead, you could summon Red'n'Blue as a consistent damage dealer. If you don't intend on changing, equip 3 Free Ices instead (if possible). They're basically Charges but better. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU USE SWORD!! It disables the ball slot.
NOTICE: I've finally got around to adding the music used in the video. You can see for yourself in the description!
