I have felt the closest to God & the most connected to nature when I’ve been stoned. It’s such a peace and calm. I agree with you, I love that she’s being honest & I think that’s what God really wants, for us to be honest and connect with each other. These labels of “Christian” and the judging and ranking each other that the church teaches us isn’t healthy.. and it’s not what Jesus did or how he acted. Being honest with where you are and admitting you aren’t perfect, but that your heart is in the right place & you’re trying to help other people who feel the same way is much more Jesus-like
That’s great you’ve felt his presence before, honesty and connecting with each other is so so important! God is so Holy and so perfect the part we do often forget about it that surrendering, the repentance, turning from the things that he says are sinful. I think sometimes the church has a hard time finding that balance of loving people but also not watering down what his word says! I love creating conversations around these topics because I used to live a life that was not pleasing to God! I was terrible 🙄 the things I did, I now look back and think wow Lord thank you for offering me forgiveness and being patient with me while giving me a new renewed mind! I finally realized that maybe I am not as good and perfect as I thought I was and wow I really did need him. Thanks for commenting by the way, is this the first time you’ve seen my channel !!
You are gorgeous and I love this video. Your voice is so calming I could listen to you all day! Recently I've been looking at my relationship with religion and God - I've been raised in an area that is very sceptical, and where few people are religious, and I'm scared of exploring this relationship with God because I'm scared of being judged by others. But truly, in my heart, I feel as though maybe God is reaching out to me. When I hear people talk about God, my soul feels clean and golden and calm, and yet it's scary to me because I don't understand it and I don't know anything and I have no idea where to start. I've rambled a bit, and it sounds like I am writing into a diary, but if you have any advice I would appreciate that so greatly. Again, loved the video! And would love to hear a cover of this song, it's beautiful
Please don’t listen to this false worship secular music... Jesus Christ is holy, and getting high is not of God in any sense. The Bible strictly warns us to remain sober (1 Peter 5:8), and the fact that she is singing about drinking and smoking should prove that this is false worship. If she truly saw Jesus, He would have told her to REPENT for her sins and to stop IMMEDIATELY. Not that “everything’s gonna be okay”, because if she keeps on with her sin then no, it will certainly not be okay. This is inspiring people to get high as well so they can see her “Jesus” too, and is 100% sending the WRONG message. Please, as a fellow Christian I pray that you ask the Lord to pour his Holy Spirit upon you so you can spiritually discern when satan is using people to spread false worship. Amen.
I honestly really appreciate you for writing this and caring about my spirit and hers!! 💜💜 BTW I 100% do agree with you. Repentance and turning from our ways is where the line is drawn in the sand. Christ is so holy and so good and without sin. His grace isn’t to be abused ! Which is why we are called to love him with all of our hearts. He saved a broken sinner like me! My whole point with this reaction, is to soften the line between lost unbelievers while finding their way. I have a soft spot relating to people on this path because that was me! Because I walked that and Jesus called me out of it, I do have hope for some people like Noah that are lost getting high and wrapped in sin. Although it is a weird perspective, this was similar to mine, so although to some it is seen as her in a false world, the fact that she saw Jesus is where is starts. Maybe it is the start of her faith journey, who knows ! Also side note - the fact that she is getting high and drinking proves that she is broken and doesn’t like being sober... then the question is why doesn’t she like being sober... this if her eyes are opened will be seen as a big red flag! It is and was in some of my darkest days when I was doing these things, that I saw Jesus being the lightest light that welcomed me into his loving arms💜 I also just experienced a healing that i wa surprised in faith that I received! I just posted it today! Thanks again for being here I’d love for you to subscribe and stick around✨ it’s people like you that add substance to my channel for the raw feedback 💫
Jenna Harmonn that’s such a blessing that He reached out to you and saved you even in your darkest days! I was in a similar situation as well, suffering from drug problems, when Jesus saved me. We’re all wretched, and we all fall short everyday, but thankfully we have Jesus who died for us to turn from our wickedness and be forgiven. What I wanted to emphasize however was her lyrical choice. I understand what you’re trying to take from her song, and it’s beautiful in a sense that you’re able to see the song in such a positive light. But as a Holy Spirit filled individual I want to be the first to share with you that if she really saw our true Christ Jesus, the lyrics would not be as open for interpretation as they are. She would have praised Him, or thanked Him for showing her the truth. She promotes getting high in this song... “just let it fill your lungs before you leave” and “I’m gonna burn one down right now”. 1 John 4:1 says “Do not believe every spirit, but test the spirit to see whether they are from God.” The devil is known for using false prophets and the actual Word of God to confuse and mislead saints. Even if you read what Noah has to say about the origins of this song, she admits that she never actually saw Jesus, and refers to using His name as simply, “a greater understanding/purpose that everything will work itself out.” The song is absolutely lovely, but I can 100% assure you that God did not and does not support this song. It’s detrimentally misleading and borderline using Jesus’ name in vain. However, I’m proud of your steps in becoming a true woman of God, and I pray that you be well and grow even more in your spiritual journey with the Lord. ❤️
@@kroixdale5229 Cannabis is a sacred herb given to us. Strong drink is and by man she even though Jesus and the disciples themselves consumed alcohol, the same positive aspects cannot be said of it. Ethanol is a poison. Kaneh bosm in the form of burned offering, oils, balms, food etc has been delivering healing to people for thousands of years and the prohibition of it in favour of dangerous pharmaceuticals is the real abomination.
@@SobrietyandSolace Cannabis is not something that was given to us, it is something that grows out of the earth. Poisonous berries grow out of the earth, but that does not mean that we should ingest/consume them, meaning everything that grows from the earth is not for our benefit. In the case of poisonous berries, we'd be damaging our body, but in the case of cannabis, we'd be damaging our spirit. The Bible informs us constantly to stay sober, and weed takes us out of our sobriety (1 Peter 5:8, 1 Thessalonians 5:6, Titus 2:2... etc.) Kaneh bosm is a translated word that sounds "remarkably" close to the singular form of the word "calamus" which is used in the Bible directly. Calamus is used for its root (rhizome) which is used to make medicine. And even if Moses did use weed (which I highly doubt) to make offerings and heal people, never once does it say in the Bible that they specifically inhaled the burning offering. (Also, an offering is something that is given 100% to God, and we are to take nothing from. If these offerings were being inhaled for the sake of God AND man, then it would not be considered a true offering. (Genesis 4:1:26)) Finally, Jesus did not drink alcohol. Jesus drank unfermented wine. If the Bible specifically tells us to not be drunk, not to drink alcohol, and to stay sober, it would be a huge contradiction if Jesus drank alcohol (Galatians 5:21) and God is not the author of confusion. If God in the flesh (Jesus) lived a sin free life, then that would mean he could not have gotten drunk, and unfermented wine (grape juice) is still wine, just without alcohol. I pray that God shows you the truth through my words! Stay blessed
