From hills in Fanal forest is incredible view ocean, believe me you are not so lucky seeing clouds there. Go to the any forest when there is the fog, it will be the same effect. Try to go there when there the sky will be clean, its worth it.

We were lucky to see the fog and the clear sky on the same day, so kinda enjoyed both sceneries

Hello was it expensive to hire mopeds?

around 30-40 euros a day, depends on the season , type of the vehicle and the amount of days (the more, the cheaper)
