@tkellkives is knocking it out of the park with designs that are built for the hands and blades that have a durable edge. You won't want to put them down.
@OGBladeReviews My 003 arrived a few days ago, and you're right. I absolutely love it!!! It's the same as the one in the video but with black lashing screws. I love your channel and this is the best video I've seen covering these 3 knives. I hope you have a blessed day! ✌️❤️🙏🇺🇸
The AEB-L is a great steel. Not quite as tough as the 80CRV2, but fully stainless. However the nickel boron coating on all of Tim's blades provides a great measure of rust and corrosion resistance. Really can't go wrong with either one, but those are the nuances.
@@KravMaglock on my 80crv2 T Kell knives the only part of the knives prone to rusting is the grind near the cutting edge. The NIB coating keeps the rest of the knife safe from corrosion. I haven't tried resharpening the 80crv2 but the AEBL sharpens easy on my KME and it's stainless. Both are good steel!
That's sort of a sales pitch of its own. Do you have models of both brands for compare? Different designs and materials for different purposes, so in having a number of models from both TKELL and Compliance Edge I feel they are both outstanding in their own ways, to be fair...
@@OGBladeReviews I should've been more clear! Compliance Edge SVM is in Magna Cut 63/64RC + Cryo , base price for polished out machine marks + stonewash is $320. Agent 001 comes in either carbon or Abel steel, acid coated over unpolished blade is $297. So...value wise...for $23 more, polished Magnacut is for me. However, if price is lower on the Agent series, I certainly can tolerate the lower grade steel choice. I am sure both brand knives can cut, but how long does the sharpness last. Magna Cut has proven attributes, with good reasons current demand leads to its shortness in supply.
@user-uh7cy9ik5m If I cant sharpen it in 5 minutes after work I dont want it. I own many " super steel" knives, but honestly, I'd take AEB-L over magnacut any day. Simply because of the ease and speed of sharpening with basic equipment. That said I know lots of people love Magnacut and its nice to have options.
So, ok, I don't have a dog in this race. But to be fair and since TKell offers discount for Veteran, I ordered and received the Agent 002 in AEB-L to compare with my Compliance Edge SVM. No comparison, including the poorly fitted but often highly praised sheath! SVM along with its well made vacuum formed taco sheath comes out on top!
I have a number of models from both makers, as evidenced in my reviews. For some reason, unfortunately, the agent 002 seems to be a difficult one to form a Kydex sheath for, since all the other models from TKELL have sheaths that I certainly can praise. My 002 required them to ship me a new sheath which now fits fine. I have a number of sheaths from both custom and manufactured knives which fall short, and I can see that a lot has to do with blade profiles and how the sheath secures the knife.

Great knives. Cheers!
Thank you Dave! Your detailed table top reviews are always my favorites. It's an honor Sir.
My pleasure Tim! Glad you like them! 🔥👍⚔️ Of course it helps to have fantastic knives on the table!
Just got my 003. It’s my favorite knife now. The handle is so comfortable
I always look forward to new Tkell knives content. Thanks for the video.
I ordered a 003 when they dropped.
Hope you enjoy it! 🗡️🔥🗡️
Great blades, great company and owner. I'm looking forward to the 007.
Appreciate the video.
Me too!😊
I'm eagerly waiting Tomas' and Tim's 007 too

Always bet on Tim..best of the best..thanks OG! 😎👊🏻
You bet!
I reserved the 003 in 80crv2 with the OD green grips, just like the video. I can't wait for it to arrive as it is my 1st knife from T-Kell. ✌️
You'll love it. Enjoy! 👍🌟👍

Awesome knives! Great video 👍
Love my Agent 001!!
killer blades&killer vid Dave!!
Thanks Dion! 🔥
Great video review 👍! I'm looking forward to your collaboration knife 🔪. What will be the blade length of your knife?
Thanks 👍 Probably the same length as the Agent 001. It will be part of that series...
@@OGBladeReviews ,
Great 👍. 3.35 inches is legal for concealed carry here in Colorado.
Thanks again for the great reviews. I ordered the 003 in Aebl . What steel would you prefer between the 2 offerings? ⚔️

Managed to snag an Agent 001 and my only critique was I wish the grip was a liiiiittle wider.
Yes it's purposely a small package for compactness and carry, but I can appreciate what you're saying in terms of the width.
Make one with 3 sharp edges
It's coming.... 😁
Which steel do you recommend choosing? Thanks
AEB-L is great for stain resistance and 80CRV2 for toughness and edge retention. 👍🗡️👊
Other than his sales pitch. There's no comparison when match up with Compliance Edge. Nuff said!!
