Would LOVE a Jasmine Beckett Griffith colour along. Your images look so flawless! 😍 "I gave him a bit of a suburn to teach him a lesson about being cheeky" lmao 😂😂😂
Peeta have you ever consider to make your own coloring Book ? i would buy it without question... Hope you are great !!! You are always missed Love from Mexico
I love all of your work! Amazing! Your husband seems so sweet. I like how he surprises you with coloring books and pencils every now and then. So cute.
Peta I LOVE the beetle picture! It is like a hybrid between African and Aboriginal art! Or at least that what it reminds me of. I absolutely think it's FANTASTIC!!!👏👍👍👏
Usually I don’t like big videos but I watched this one and the first of this serie and I really enjoyed them. I love to colour, always did since I was a kid but stopped for many years and now I started again. I have no academic training in arts so I seek inspiration and technics in videos like yours and, hopefully, one day I might colour like you. Thanks for sharing your awesome work.
Really enjoyed both parts 1& 2. I too would love to see a tutorial on fur and keeping things white. Thank you for sharing your work and knowledge. You are such an inspiration to everyone in the coloring community.
I'm very happy I watched this today! I had missed seeing your work, and now I'm in the mood to spend the rest of the day coloring, which I haven't felt like doing for quite a while.
I really enjoyed this tour of your work! I would love to see how you make the textured backgrounds with watercolors, and how you do a watercolor base with colored pencil accents.
Stunning. Just beautiful. Since you mentioned you are getting back into coloring, could you maybe do another You Tube tutorial? Preferably in one of the Hanna Karlzon or Johanna Basford books? I find your tutorials not only very informative but so relaxing!
Hi Peta 😊. As usual......absolutely stunning pictures 😍. Thank you for sharing them with us. Was wondering if you might be able to do a tutorial on how you achieve fur? There are so many people in the coloring community that get very intimidated by fur (me being one 😬). Hope your doing well hun. See you in the next video ❤️
Your colouring is so beautiful! I enjoyed these videos so much. I've missed your videos. I learned so much from you when I first started colouring. I would love to see tutorials on realistic fur & white items. Thank you for rebooting my creative slump!
Thank you so much PETA. I really enjoyed seeing your final pieces. You are an amazing colourist, and my original inspiration when I started colouring about 3 and a half years ago. Looking forward to future videos. 💖
Your work is so beautiful! Love your tutorials and you have given me the confidence to do my own. I am definitely not an artist, but love to color. I am joining others in wishing you to do your own coloring book. One on Australian unique houses, cities etc. in your country would be so interesting! Glad you are feeling better and hope you continue to improve. Loved the podcast you did and didn’t realize how difficult your illness was. Thank you for sharing. You have a strong following of people who care and I’m one of them!
That music lol. I love to listen with head set but cannot. Your beautiful calm voice! Why this music? Wel. Turned the sound of and enjoyed your beautiful pages. Thank you so much.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful work. I know I will return to these two video's many times for inspiration and appreciation of your art. Looking forward to many more videos.
Thanks for showing us all your work. I really have enjoyed it. I love the swans, I would love to see a video on how you color white. I love that picture but I have been too intimated to color it because of the white.I think there are a few others that I haven't attempted
I love the way you outlined "Lily" in light and how you used blue & white tabs in the "Greece" book. WOW on the wave picture in "Animorphia" & the drawings you added!! They look like they totally belong there! One of the things you mentioned a couple of times was that you hate your handwriting, so you don't put your name in the book. Why not borrow Johanna's idea and "draw" your name? Maybe attaching little characters that fit the theme of the book...or hide your name in the drawing. All of your colorings are awe-inspiring. I love looking at them. P.S. How in the world do you remember what pencils you used on which page?? LOL!
I am awestruck by your colouring and in so many mediums - many I have never heard of. I have collected a few colouring books: Secret Garden, Enchanted Forest and World of Flowers by Johanna Basford as well as Coloriage Wild #1 and #2 by Emmanuelle Colin. I have bought Polychromos Pencils and today arrived some gel pens and some sparkle pens. Seems I am all set to start, but I am very afraid!! Did you know how to colour because of the art you do? It seems even your first pages are most beautiful. I need to know how to colour skin before I can start on Emmanuelle Colin's books. Do you spend a portion of each day colouring? I have so many questions LOL Thank you for showing all of your beautiful work!! I was enchanted by it all.....
Absolutely enjoyed seeing your work. Have you ever given a tutorial on how to do fur? I don't find one, but that doesn't mean that you haven't done one! I would really like to know how to make my furred pictures better.
Whoo hoo I've been waiting for this!!! I saw it pop up and I had to stop what I was doing and watch it I was so excited your Sooooo awesome , you are so talented hope your feeling better missing you terribly on you tube 😩💕Tanya x
Hello Peta. Lovely to see your work, and lovely to hear from you again. It is good to see you have picked up your "colors" and gone back to putting them on paper. I am going to have to look up your Colleen pencils review. You've got me quite curious. I looked them up on Amazon, and there are a couple different types, so it was a bit confusing. It appears they cannot be purchased open stock. Not as big a problem as it may be for some. It is something that I do get irritated about with other LARGE budget friendly colored pencils. I always seem to go through the greens and dark reds rather quickly. I like plants, tree, foliage. So, yeah. My greens are shorter in all of my sets. :-) Again, thank you for sharing. Thanx, Mindy
I have Exotischer Urwald from Good Wives and Warriors and it certainly isn't falling apart like your Alice in Wonderland by them. I highly recommend Exotischer Urwald. It has great paper and gorgeous artwork. Don't let that one experience color your opinion of GWaW, I would LOVE to see your coloring in Exotischer Urwald!!! The book you couldn't think of is Jewelry Box. For the Alliance! I hope you'll do some more in the WoW book! I have it too but I'm too intimidated to color it in yet.
Great to see your work Peta. You are so good at soft and subtle colour fades. I don't think there is anyone better to be honest, at that particular skill. You are unlucky with the Good Wives and Warriors. I have Escape to Shakespeare's World and the signatures are both glued and sewn in properly. I've coloured more in that book than anywhere. Luminence and Prisma Color both work very well on that paper. Better than FC Polychromos I think. I've done a few very vibrant pictures in it with the Prisma 24 set. I also love the Rita Berman zu Wasser book. It takes Ergosoft very well. If I'm going away for a few days I will take either this one or the Shakespeare's World and the 36 Ergosoft. As you say, doesn't take up much room. Glad to see you back and colouring Peta. We missed you.
watching your vids has rekindled my coloring adventures. I have been really enjoying working in Kerby Rosanes books as well, and I'm dying to know how you accomplished the Rhino horns. I imagine its one of those simple tricks you're so good at! Thanks for sharing, and greetings from Denver, CO, USA.
Maybe you could do a video of how you glued or taped your book back together. My copy of imaginemorphia is falling apart but I don't know what to do with it.
Hi you are wonderful - your colouring is totally amazing & your additional creations are lovely too. What do you add when you have completed a page as they have a lovely finish! Thank you. Cindy
Peta, you are the goddess of coloring. Love love love your coloring and they way talk about them. How do you make your coloring so shiny? They just glow. Is there any tutorial on different instruments you are using from start to finish and there names, etc. Please.
Love your coloring! I wanted to mention your coloring book from the Good Wives and Warriors. I have all 4 of their books in this series. Escape from Oz, Shakespeare, Wonderland and Christmas Past. Mine were published by Puffin in the UK. They were printed in Italy. All of mine have a sewn and glue binding, very easy to color in because books easily open fairly well. Maybe yours was from earlier an printing. I think I ordered them all at the same time. I just wanted you to know if the binding was the reason for you or others not to buy.
I recently discovered Amazon acquired bookdepository. Probably due to the new law of not being able to ship from outside uk to Austraila. I order from both because i like uk versions of some color books.
Thank you so much, Peta! I don't if anybody else said it, but just fyi, the Jasmine BG picture Blanche Neige with the apple = Snow White. ;) And speaking of white, I'd love to see that video about colouring things white.
I love your work and all of your finished and WIPs are beautiful, I also play WoW, I would love it if you could do a tutorial colour along in the WoW colouring book :D
Love the video! Your work is so inspiring :) I’m curious as to what kind of camera you use to film your videos? Do you use a separate microphone? Do you know what software your husband uses for editing? I’ve though about making some videos for my small coloring group, but my first attempts were horrific!
Peta, how long does it take to color like you? I've been coloring for over a year and I have a tiny little progress. Your work is astonishingly beautiful.
wow wow I really loved these two videos of yours !! Such beautiful work... I started colouring about 3 years ago as well but have not done nearly as much.. I calculated it would take about 56 years to finish all my books and now that Johanna Basford is releasing another book shortly there are more years to add ehehehh. :D
So good. Love your colouring style. I feel the same looking at others work. It’s very intimating. I am a beginner.
If my best coloring looked like your "bit of a mess" I'd be so thrilled. You are an amazing artist. Love you.
Absolutely stunning works! We all hope for more tutorial videos!
Would LOVE a Jasmine Beckett Griffith colour along. Your images look so flawless! 😍

Your work is amazing, I could just sit and stare at your pictures all day, they truly are art work

Wow! Love your doodles (artwork) in your Kirby book. They are amazing & look like they belong there. Would you ever think about doing a coloring book?
I'm new to adult coloring. I love your work so much.
Thank you so much PETA. I really enjoyed seeing your final pieces. You are an amazing colourist, and my original inspiration when I started colouring about 3 and a half years ago. Looking forward to future videos. 💖

I think you do a pretty good job picking your own colors Peta!
I'm sure I watched this video last year, but your work is so good, it is always worth going back to marvel over it again!

Your coloring is amazing! Do you think you will be doing any more coloring on UA-cam? You are by far the best teacher!
I hope to soon. :)
Peta Hewitt That would be marvelous! Perhaps since you intend to finish Dagdrommar one in that? I have that one!
Peta do you have a tutorial on fur? thanks

I know a few female wow players in my wow travels.

I have a question rather than a comment. When does one use pastel pencils? How do they work? And anything else. You're the bomb.
Will you have a part 3?
You are amazing. Loved your video.
C est magnifique vos colos sont sublime bravo vous utilisez quel médiums ? Merci
When will part 3 be done?

Love watching your videos. I always seem to put another book on my list to buy whenever I see you colour them so beautifully.

Hi I was wondering where did u purpose your water crayons from open stock ?
Amazing pics.

wow wow I really loved these two videos of yours !! Such beautiful work... I started colouring about 3 years ago as well but have not done nearly as much.. I calculated it would take about 56 years to finish all my books and now that Johanna Basford is releasing another book shortly there are more years to add ehehehh. :D
I was wondering: if you have used the neo-color can you colour over this or is it kind of greasy?
Marike Bakkenes You definitely can it they’re watercolour actived ones! I’ve done it myself.
