Thanks for the tutorial. How thick is the mat you use?

It's about an inch and a half thick (although maybe a little less from all the jumping over the years haha). It's a Four Panel Gymnastics Mat from the company Tiffin. They're a little hard to find from that exact brand, but you should be able to see it on Amazon 😁

Another classic easy to understand tutorial from the best!!🙏💯 Although I do my mics with the wrist pop method, I think the last one.. the wrist mic variation is the coolest 😂 it looks like a reisig release... Is it the reisig release?🧐

Thanks man! And yep, "Lee Mic," "Reisig Release," and "Wrist Mic" are all the same thing! But of course we need a million names because it's jump rope 😂
