How did you go from being a pilot to retail to real estate? I've always been interested in real estate. Any advice?

Hi, was working retail as I was in graduate school and ended up doing well in retail management so stayed in retail for a while. I'm planning on doing a separate UA-cam channel on business advice and real estate advice so may make this one of the topics :)
