Makasae Bible Translation - Updates From The Field

In the nation of Timor Leste, HeartCry missionary Matt Glass and a translation team have fully translated the books of Mark, Matthew, First Timothy, and Titus into the Makasae language. They are currently in the process of completing a translation of the gospel of Luke. These must be subjected to a rigorous process of checking them against the original languages.
This is a vast undertaking. Please pray that the translation team would endure to the end-not only to translate the New Testament, but also the entire Bible into the Makasae Language.
HeartCry seeks to advance the Great Commission by supporting missionaries, training missionaries, resourcing missionaries, planting churches, and then declaring God's great works to God's people.

that is an amazing job and undertaking! Wow - question though, doesn't Wycliffe Bible translators help, I thought that was their main mission to translate the Bible in every language.
