आज मैं आपकी लिए अलग अलग तरह की केक और कपकेक की रेसिपी लेकर आएँ हूँ जो बोहोत की ज़्यादा सॉफ़्ट और स्पंजी हैं आप इन्हें किसी भी ख़ास मौक़े पर या फिर ऑनलाइन बिज़नेस करने के लिए भी बना सकते हों इसमें हमने 1 ही बेटर से अलग अलग तरह की केक बनाएँ हैं जैसी चॉकलेट चिप्स केक, रेड वेल्वेट मार्बल केक, चॉकलेट मार्बल केक, चौकों लावा केक, ड्राई फ़्रूट केक, टूटी फ़्रूटी केक

For 6 Cupcakes
Curd/ dahi- 1/2 cup, 100 gm
Powder sugar-1/3 cup, 60 gm
Baking powder- 3/4 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Oil- 1/4 cup, 50 ml
Refined flour -3/4 cup, 100 gm
Milk- 1/4 cup or as required
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
For Different Cakes
1. 1 tbsp cashews for dry fruit cake
2. 1 tbsp tutti-frutti for tutti-frutti cake
3. 1 tsp cocoa powder + 2 tbsp milk for chocolate marble cake
4. 1 drop red food color + 4-5 drops red velvet essence for red velvet marble cake
5. 4-5 pieces of milk compound chocolate for choco lava cake
6. 1 tbsp choco chips for chocolate chips cake
For 8 Cakes & 9 Cupcakes
Ingredients -
Curd- 500 gm
Powder Sugar- 300 gm
Baking powder-4 tsp/ 10 gm
Baking soda- 1+1/4 tsp / 5 gm
Oil- 250 ml / 1+1/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 3 tsp
2 pinch salt
Refined flour-500 gm
Milk- 1 cup or as required

Madam... plzzzz mere liye dahi ka vegan option bataaiye.....🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Mai khud gaayon ki seva karti hun. Sab accidental cases hain. Humaare doodh ki demand inke liye kitna bhaari padta hai ( i mean more milk means more population of cattles) ye mai ek pal k liye nazarandaaz nahi kar paati......

Dear Ma'am, Do Muffins & Cakes have to baked in both the rodas (upper n bottom) in OTG !
Total wt. of the cupcake batter is 260gm.+ the wt. of the milk and oil whereas you have used 160gm.for each cake- will the same quantity of cocoa powder be enough for the marble cake?
