To be fair both Hamas and the ITF should surrender to the ICC and Justice will apply to both the occupier and the occupied, both will say if you didn't do this or that they will not have done this or that. that means both have a case. who's guilty? every action has a reaction.

Let us not lose sight of the fact that this is Hamas’s war , it was waged when Hamas carried out the atrocities of the 7 th October massacre on Israelis . Hamas is part of a broader Jihadi threat that is affecting the Western world including us here in Britain. It is a war on all of us in the democratic world on our freedom that Israel is fighting on the front lines while going further than anyone in history to limit civilian casualties while Hamas embed themselves in every part of civilian life putting civilians in direct danger .
