I'd love to learn how to do this in Lightroom, not the Classic version. The Select Subject feature doesn't have the breakdown you show here. I feel the Smooth Skin preset affects the entire subject, not just the skin.
Both versions of Lightroom have the same editing tools for People. In Lightroom, the "People" mask will auto detect one or more persons and you can target different parts of the body the same as shown in this tutorial. It's located below all the other options (right below Range).
