LR doesn't do a bad job at these things but DT can do exactly the same plus can do realistic looking sharpening and blurring as in how the best lenses look ditto with local contrast, can counter the effects of AA filters and can even fix slightly out of focus shots. Not an opinion BTW, any idiot could learn this module and see this.

How can we use them for a video though?
Clarity is the same as local contrast in the high end sector.
Pro Tip: The diffuse or sharpen module in Darktable does a much better job.
