It's a bit pricey to get all the hardware but there is the foundry module "Material Plane" basically you purchase some hardware that lets you attach bases to your mini, then a digitizer that makes the TV a touchscreen and then you connect it all to foundry so when you move the physical mini it also moves the token in foundry. It's really cool but can get a bit pricey especially for bigger groups
This one still confuses me. We use a touchscreen for our sessions (with one player connected with a laptop to control player tokens and help out with some light DM stuff) and the main issue is that LoS is limited to the selected token. Once you switch to that token the rest vanishes from view. The best way to go about it seems to be using a party token during dungeon exploration (representing the leader or the one up front) and to replace the token with the party members when there is an encounter. But it feels a but fiddly and Im hoping we will find a more elegant solution.
this is my issue - i find a better way to run is to have one party token for 'exploration' and then when combat breaks out, the party and monster tokens appear to run the combat. in this way i emulate just playing at the table explaining what is happening as the party explores, then have full tactical miniature combat when fights occur.
I am using Mini's and a token for each player - I will be moving the tokens are they move the mini's to simulate their various field of views - ie darkvision, devil sight, and such have a bit flat screen laid down on the gaming table

Wow. That's some serious commitment ;)
I haven't used it personally as my group is fully remote but I've always found it to be a really cool option for anyone that might have a hybrid group

Monk's Common Display will be the module you'll want, I suspect.
I'll add it to the list of ones to cover for this purpose :)

Nice. And I totally see that working. It is sometimes a little too easy to turn it into Token-on-Token, and forget atmospheric descriptors.

Proper hybrid sorta thing. Interesting.
several growing pains! a lot more to learn and experiment with - was kinda a sucess? with a lot of bumps during the session

I am trying to run this exact type of situation over the weekend
Oh cool. Would be intested to see how it went.
got a 43", made a wood framed box for it and have a plexie glass topper. Hoping it does smooth.@@clay_golem
Simple Fog Module
Ah, nice. Not something I'd use, but I'll take a proper look and see if it can help others.
