it's the rules, he swapped a full LS7 in that but it's restricted in HP to make it fair for other cars, also tires, that Viking Corvette likes to run street radials that don't need warmup and he runs from the field in the beginning, but gets heat cycled middle to end of race while the ASM S2K running R compound that is slow to start but picks up when heated. Great race as always from ASM S2Ks and Viking C5, they've been battling for past two years.
Watching your footwork and you keep skimming the brake with your left foot but not actually applying pressure. Curious what that's all about. Love watching these races!
Going over the curbs so aggressively can push the pads back away from the rotors. Since your right foot is ‘otherwise occupied’, you “dab” the brakes periodically with your left to make sure you still have a firm pedal when you really need it! If the pads get pushed back and you *don’t* do this, the pedal can go almost to the floor before anything good happens. That tends to distract the driver from doing other, more important, things. 😉
great racing
The PATIENCE proves how skilled of a driver you are! All the way until the very end! Great job wheeling that thing, Tomo!
Well done! Thanks for posting-appreciate it. Are you running in 2024 ?

The very very end lolol. Grats dude! Learned a lot watching wish I would have watched this video Friday night! 😛

Mark of a great driver is not letting your Oops turn in To Oh Shit. See you out there soon
