the quality of that patch is unreal. it looks professional, like from a factory. im looking for a machine and i think this is the one. The price is not too bad for a starter embroidery machine.
I have the brother SE 2000. It has never been plugged in. I’ve had it since November 2023.!! Going to start watching your videos hope I can learn how to embroider. Thank you.
Omg! 😆 please plug that beautiful machine up as soon as possible! I surely hope I can help you along the way! Please do let me know when you start and keep me updated as you learn and grow! Idk why I’m excited for you already! 😂🤷🏽♀️☺️
@@siamese35 hi, I actually prefer not to use it as my thread has been caught several times. I haven’t experienced any flying spool or thread issues but good advice for those that may experience that.

Oh! Can you speak on tension next time too and when I need to check that or change it? I was watching a lady do the Georgia peach appliqué and she said she forgot to turn her tension down. … ?
@SDIVADesigns actually I find 75/11 works best for me it does depend on the material as well. Although 90/14 is good for denim and could be used universally depending on fabric. I also did a video for this on TikTok as my threader stop working last month. Some takeaways-make sure your presser foot is down, and I also had to adjust the small wire that pushes the thread through the hole because it wasn’t catching the thread. I’ll have to make a new video since I’ve actually experienced it now.
@@queenzessentialelementz 90/14 is the standard threaders are designed for. I'm not talking about fabric thicknesses, but about the threader. The threader on my machine works great with 75/11, 80/12 and 90/14, but when someone is having problems with the threader, one of the first things we recommend at the dealer where I work is to use a 90/14 needle.
@ oh ok. Well in our class and manual for our embroidery machine is 75/11 first then 90/14. But all information could be useful to try. Use needle 75/11 when embroidering. -When embroidering heavyweight fabrics or fabrics that require stabilizer fabric (denim or puffy foam) use a 90/14 needle. -Ball point needles (golden colored) are not recommended for embroidering; they may break and cause some type of injury. -Only use home sewing machine needles in your machine. The factory recommended needle is HG-4BR (Organ). Schmitz needles Jersey Ball Point 130/705H SUK 90/14 may be used as a substitute. -With transparent nylon thread use 90/14 to 100/16 needle regardless of the fabric or thread. -Be sure to follow the needle, thread, and fabric chart below to obtain the best results.

Make sure you use your spool cap. It will save you from having the spool fly off the pin or the thread getting wound around the spool pin.

Is this machine newer than the 625 brother and is it more friendly user
@@alexmoreno5894 hello, yes to both. The 625 is also user friendly when you read the manual and watch videos that help along the way.
Where do you get your designs from?
Different places, you can google it and I also have pe design 11 software, Artspira, and I also have a person that makes them for me.
I got a few from creative fabrica and gave them to an embroidery shop to do and she said they stitched out perfect..

Ok will do!
Tension isn't what is causing the buckling here. It is probably the pull compensation. Tension can cause bobbin thread to show.
Ice videos. Mine needle threader part never threads needle. What am I doing wrong?
@@munawarsoomro6207 hello, I’m not sure if it’s user error or if it need to be tuned up. What exactly is happening when you use it?
Make sure your needle is in the right position (highest up), middle, and, make sure you are using a 90/14 needle.
