please share what settings you were at when you cut out the star please???? Second how are you avoiding no burn on the edges?? I have power assist and it doesn't matter, I'm still getting a lot of burnout. If anyone reading this knows the answer please respond, thanks
Amazing. Also love all the music in this video. I just purchased the A5 Pro and it’s coming today but after seeing this I’m not going to open it. I’m returning it for this instead.
loved the video. Question: I am having a difficult time looking at the Atomstack A20 Pro and the Burnlab A20 Pro. They look so much alike. When I search Burnlab, Atomstack comes up. Are the basically the same.
advise on settings would be great i have just bought this machine. watched so many you tube, but for the life of me i just cant figure out the cutting, I'm using light burn, but laser is not going right through, i know its me, but advise would be greatly appreciated
@ChrisPowellFSD Thanks a lot for the video.. Go NAVY. I just purchased this laser, I am just getting started with it. I used lightburn yesterday with the materials test. I am not sure if that is really going to provide the level or what I need as Test cards. Do you have any suggestions to what I might do in this regard? Thanks a ton!
Thank you. Can you please tell me if I could use it to cut 1/4 inch plywood door hangers that would need a finished size around 17 inch x 23 inch at least. Thanks, again.
bonjour je n'arrive pas coupé correctement avec ma machine a 100% et 250 vitesse 3 passage il me ne coupe pas 5 mm quel vitesse et combien passe vous avez coupé l'étoile
Chris, ordered one from your link and just got it put together. I am new to the laser world, do you have, or know where I can find a chart for power and speed settings for different materials? Kind of like a cheat sheet to get me started?
HI, thank for your vid. The power scale cutting guide was a godsend! My setting were ALL way too fast. I'm using Lightburn and it's lowest speed setting is still way faster than what you have shown. What software are you using? Cheers
Has anyone used this model for making rubber stamps? I have the P7 M40 and it struggles and is sooooo slow so I am thinking this model might be the right one for the job!
06:24 Would you trust another mans laser cuttet dice? If not perfectly in balance it would tend to fall mostly on one specific side. Only the owner know which side it is.
Hi. Are these made in China ? if so with the warranty does the machine have to be repaired there aswel or do they have a UK base.? Thanks anyone for a reply 😁😊!!!
The xTool just feels a little more refined. Plus, now they offer a 40 watt upgrade. They’re also really involved in the community. I’d probably go with the xTool.
Must be great to finally get your hands on a laser 😂. But seriously, as someone who has had stuff cut but never used one myself, where you said “cuts dark colored acrylic”, I’m not clear if dark colored acrylic is easier or harder to cut than light colored or clear acrylic. So does that mean dark is the ONLY acrylic it can cut or does that mean that it can also cut any other color (or clear) as well?
Thanks so much for your video Chris! This is perfectly timed for me, I'm actively looking to buy one myself. I've been looking at the Atomstack 30W model that is coming out. I'm not certain if there is a huge advantage of buying a 30W over a 20W. I know it will have a little bit stronger laser, but is it worth the additional cost?!? I know I really need to think about what I'm going to do with it. But not having a laser before I'm not sure. I don't want to buy the 20W and then say, "darn, I wish I had bought the 30W."

Yes, you can buy that separately. I have one and love mine!

Hi, thank for your video. Are the A20 PRO, A20 PRO and S20 PRO models equivalent, thanks?
How did you add a picture onto it? Step by step please

Which Laser can Engrave Zinc Alloy with Electroplated Coating on a Budget?

Chris, would you choose this over an xtool pro 20w?
Thanks

@@ChrisPowellFSD I’m sorry Chris, wrong video I meant the Atezr p20 vs the xtool 20w
Thanks again

Haha. Yea dark solid colors are the only thing it will cut. You need a co2 laser to cut anything transparent or light color.
Thanks, that is the kind of thing I would never have even considered to be an issue, probably until I got a machine that wouldn’t do what I wanted!
@@jeremyspecce Glad you asked this Jeremy!!
It will cut any color as long as you paint it with black water-based paint first.

Did not get the carving base you got…just a small piece of sheet metal
