these are rapid chargers I believe and you can actually use that battery and charger as a standalone power supply by setting your battery in the charade bay and then hit the usb button and it will deliver power from the battery out the usb port and charge whatever is connected (ie) your phone etc

In the UK angle grinder's/disc cutters are forbiddened on work sites within the building and these tools are on the increase.

Nice! 😎 Matabo has a big following. I wonder if more people like Metabo over Kobalt?

To be broad but give you the clif notes basically they’re in different leagues kinda but not really lol politics in tools is mind boggling but kobalt in general is made cheaper but have came a long way and are used by many pros as they have some great offerings 🎉😢They’re jus not geared towards the same corner of the market as hikoki/metabo hpt fka hitachi is geared more towards professionals as opposed to homeowners however kobalt has some good offerings themselves, the belt sander, planer, xtr circular saw the xtr impact driver is one of the fastest short story long

I wonder if you would consider testing on the highest speed speed runs on like #5 or #8 rebar with a 8/10 tpi blade and compare it to a 4-5in grinder
I worked for a company that did metal work in finished buildings they used bandsaws instead of angel grinders whenever possible to avoid using a firewatch whenever possible. Great content 👍

I appreciate it! Also I greatly appreciate the donation you made a couple days ago! I go back to work tomorrow night so give me a couple of days to get the video done. Will probably make it a short video.

No rush just a suggestion for the head to head.

“As far as the quality goes it’s sub par” I think you meant to say well above the others and frankly putting them to shame setting a new goal to strive for regarding what a professional cordless deep cut bandsaw should be cuz this is more well made than the other big 4 even the Makita which usually share a lot and I mean a lot of similarities but this is a. Fantastic tool and one of their standout tools imo anyway

In your opinion, what makes the Metabo put the others to shame? and how is the Metabo well above all the others?

@@leestoolreview well to its closest competitor the m18 2729-20 better ergonomics, cut speed, ability to be used as corded and cordless option, rubber bumpers, a more rugged and solid feel when operating or tensioning the blade, both have a rafter hook (m18 has close to 1/4” wider cut at 5x5” instead of the mhpt 5”x 4&23/32”) however the m18s cut speed and no load speed are much faster the m18 is at 380sfpm as opposed to the mhpt havin is variable 200-640 so a good bit quicker even under load ime and negligible but also a half pound lighter and shorter but m18 has mhpt beat in the warranty aspect as you don’t have to have a receipt but it’s a wash as far as length of coverage both being 5 years but need ur receipt with mhpt …. Sorry, those are the ones I can think of off the top my head but it being better is subjective and relative to the use case but that’s just my two Pennies take it or leave it

@Jeff-rk8hq hpt has a lifetime warranty if just used by an average homeowner. 5 years is for industrial/ commercial use. Actually finishing up a comparison video between all the band saws. I don't have all the information in front of me because I am at work, but as far as cutting speed Flex I'm pretty sure has been the fastest out of all of them in multiple cutting tests with same blade and battery sizes.

      @@leestoolreviewit's a beast
Y two fabricator/heavy equipment sons are newer converts and can't believe how durable and capable the MHPT 36V tools are
I've been running MHPT and Milwaukee as a contractor for yrs-also their nailers/fasteners(Hitachi) are the best in business25+ yrs running

Does Metabo HPT have 5x5 cutting capability or 5x4?

Which one has the better build quality? The Metabo or Flex?
