Happy (early?) birthday, I love watching you guys so much. There are several good UA-cam videos for left handed crochet. Another option would be to sit directly across from someone who crochets right handed and try to copy them using your left hand. It works for some peoples brains, not sure if it would work for you.

Hi girls! For Christy... my mom was left handed and I am right, so she would sit across from me to reach me how to knit and crochet. So my suggestion is to have Callie sit across from you to show you how to stitch in hand. Birthday
I was going to suggest the same thing. My daughter could not tie her shoes and was so frustrated as she was left handed.she stood in front of me at an arena one day and saw me tie my boots and she picked it up right away
