Myself? Hmm… Definitely a Plexi module for the bluesy cleans/ then a VHT or Peavey 6505 for the Heat🔥 Or should I say “Fryette” haha. Deliverance 120 was one of THE best amps I ever owned
I have fallen in love with Synergy. I rarely ever use my other amps anymore. Every module sounds so amazing! I cannot think of another system made right now that gives you direct access to dozens of the greatest amp builders of all time and their original amp circuits in a real tube amp system. Mind blowing.
We need more modules! As great of a success as this platform has been compared to when Randall had the copyright....we cannot let this thign just die out. There's still SO many amps that could be brought out for us...this is a great way for boutique brands to tape into markets they normally wouldn't, while keeping it American-made. Get hughes & kettner involved....we need Hiwatt sounds, Orange sounds, get Bogner to do the green channel of the Ecstasy, I'd love to see long gone rack preamps get a module like the Bogner Fish or SP77....
I've got 14 (yup, 14) modules, I love them all. Excellent tool for bring a huge variety of tube tones into the studio at a super affordable price tag compared to a bunch of amp heads.
The addiction is real. I have the SYN1, SYN2, SYN30 Head, SYN30C Combo, & Friedman BB/BE, Friedman BE, Bogner Ectasy, Bogner Ubershall, and Fryette Deliverance modules. SYN1 stays at home, SYN2 stays at my practice spot, SYN30 and SYN30C are for gigs. With a MIDI pedalboard, it's the perfect system for me.
Love Synergy! Transitioned from a bulky pedal platform to Synergy + Helix Rack and I’m loving it. Using TDLX for cleans/blues, Friedman BE for rock, and Soldano SLO for higher gain stuff.
I love the Synergy stuff. I have a Syn-1 and a Syn-2 and 6 modules. They sound great going into a Fryette PowerStation II or into the fx return of any of my amps; especially the Twin Sister.
I've made myself a promise that after we get my recording room set up (blackout curtains are a must in the Cali High Desert) and can earn money from recording, the first thing I'm getting is the Synergy SYN-2 to get my (future) high-gain tones. I'd love to work through your app, but your app was designed for an older version of Android. I prefer apps over internet pages because of the advanced functionality, personally.
This has pretty much taken over my rig and have put my big amps into storage, especially for my worship music work. The OS has been my go to clean module since day one. My original gain module started out as the SLO, as my big amps are a Hot Rod 25 and a Decatone 100, but I scaled it back to a PLEXI module that feel is a little more dynamic for my primary uses. My only issue is getting the OS gain side to balance in volume with the clean side without having to crank the OD ratio to where it sounds too gainy.
Really cool watching all 3 of your choices! After going HELIX, Ive sold all my amps but Id do a Synergy in a Heartbeat💯 Great playing everyone! That Heritage is 😮❤

The VAI is one of the best modules ever. I really hope to get the 6505, Pitbull, and OS modules soon.
Please, please, PLEASE, more module comparisons!
Awesome video guys!!!!
Steven Fryette is so underrated as a builder.

I don't think crunchy and Fender belong in the same sentence. Cool stuff thanks for the video! Not only a player's dream but a producer's heaven.
I run the ENGL Powerball module through the SYN 1 into a Fryette PS100 with a 412 (2 DV 77s, 2 V30s X pattern). Best set up I've ever had.

If only Synergy would do a Mesa Boogie Lonestar module.
Listen to Michael Thompson. He uses this system but his playing has no shrillnes that I hearing here. All in the fingers
Don is such a superior player. @Sweetwater why do you have Nic demo equipment? Let’s be honest he is a sub-par guitar player.
