Glad it wasn't just me. It feels like the only way to get these perfectly aligned is to put them on before you put the TV up, but I don't think you can pick up the TV with the bezel on. I've done this twice, with 55" and 75". I think the larger the display, the tougher the alignment is.
Thanks for this video. I also ordered frame for my frame tv and not amazed by it. I got the Bezel Teak. And only 3 of the small black junctions were in my package. One was missing. On top of it, the sides of the frame won’t fit together perfectly, so I think for the price it looks like cheap plastic.
The clips are awful. They sort-of worked for the first few months for us, but after changing the bezels to a different one they stopped clipping properly. We have ours on a TV mount so we're regularly moving the TV, so having something to hold it all together would be valuable. ...still looking for the right solution.
If Apple made The Frame TV. The Installation would be smoother than butter. I don't know why pretty much most of the tech companies still have 2010 mindset except when it comes to phone, they follow Apple's footsteps consistently
Had no issue putting it on. I followed instruction of clipping on screen side and roll backwards. I didn't bother put-on clips as it's not necessary and I have a rotating feature to put TV in portrait mode etc. I hasn't fallen off as have magnets. Further you take the frame of first prior to removing TV.... so in short don't use clips. Worked for me.

Right on
Same issue.
So, I just put a bit of sticky tape on the corners. Not enough to notice, but to hold it in place. Seems to work.
I need to try a 2024 model and see if this got fixed.

I agree that the clips aren’t useful. Thanks for the comment!
No thanks going to the effort for great video.
Yep, just had the same issue. Those clips are junk
Right on
I had same problem. Used frame witout conectors
Thanks for the comment!
There seems to be a lot of reflection on the screen, particularly as the matt screen is supposed to eliminate reflections.
The newer models are much better than this 2022 version.
Same issue, only managed to fit 3 out of 4. Samsung need a better method af securing -:(
Its my only knock on the system.
What is the size of this TV? (to get a sense of how thick the white bezel is)
Ahhhh its 50 or 55.
Thank you for the reply. So it seems the bezel would be too narrow for a 65" TV
@@Salah-qu4cs No, I think it would be great.
I have the frame 2023 i think and i bought thé frame ( bezels) they’re so difficult to put ! I broke a piece
Did the clips work for you at all?
Totally agree, those little black connectors are a really cheap afterthought and, for me, impossibly fiddly and badly designed.
Agreed.
What art piece is this?
No clue.
Got it. Did you find on the art TV store? Or get from Etsy? Thx!
@@inhabitapositivespace It came on the Samsung art subscription automagically.
Thanks!
Können Sie mir den Titel des Gemäldes verraten?
I don’t know the name.
Ich habe es gefunden, es ist Josefa del Águila.
I got the same problem and gave a note to Samsung to investigate the issue
@@thedutchteam702 I did the same, it would be nice to get a reply from Samsung!
I want to see from the back you have showed nothing
My wife said the same.
I don't know what is more annoying you or the music.
Surely you can make a simple decision like that? Do better man!
I dont understand what your problem is. If the frame work without connector just ignore them and act like they dont exist.
It doesn't fully. I don't have a problem. The connector does though.
