Practical item! I would maybe use thick wires to attach the handle on so the weight of the food would not cause the basket to tear and spill everything.

What an awesome idea for an old broken=down laundry basket! Your design is so creative. I can't believe you hand wove all that cording! A huge amount of work and it came out so well. I just love the whole thing. And the instructions were easy to understand following your pictures (even without words!). Thank you for sharing!

Więcej takich pomysłów i nie byłoby problemu ze śmiećmi. Ludzie mieli by zajęcie, pomysły i nie chodziły by głupoty po głowie. Mnie uczono w szkole robótek co można wykorzystać w pożytecznym celu . Teraźniejszość ma więcej odpadów i więcej możliwości na ich wykorzystanie w dobrym celu . Pozdrawiam serdecznie i bardzo dziękuje za takie pomysły, więcej takich ludzi .

This would make a great crafts basket, too. To hold a knitting, quilting, crochet project and supplies, as well as a sewing/mending basket. Thank you for showing us how we can reuse and make useful new items from what most of us already have on hand....or inexpensive supplies.

I think this is an adorable idea!! I. don't however, believe the hot-glued handle will remain if you lifted this basket with those bottles inside!! But perfect to a basket to keep on the floor for blankets, or magazines or sewing supplies

I love it. I would like to make a mini basket using the tiny totes from the Dollar Tree. I can fill them with candies or soaps for gifts. Great idea...a small version of this would be adorable! I like this size too but I have two picnic baskets already. This is a wonderful idea! Thank you for sharing. The video editing was delightful too. Clear and smooth!!!

I like the idea of the basket and I like how it looks. I probably would have found a different way for the handle to be attached because I don't think that would be very strong if you put anything heavy in the basket. Maybe when putting the rope around the handle have it go all the way around and down under and back around to the other side?

Is there where there are more detailed instruction on this project. I love it but I know it would take me forever to make. I might tackle it in the winter. The basket is beautiful, no doubt about it. The older I get the harder it is, now I need instructions.

Love it. I would not leave the red checkered overhanging liner as wide. It covers all the beautiful roping. Maybe only half as much hanging over. Time consuming work here. Wow! 😀
