Hi can you explain this statement: Two parties agreed that the compensation of newly hired employees will be based on the basic salary before October 2006, without predjudice to the case now pending on the supreme court + details of the case. by the way the case was already closed.
Fantastic piece on this topic. Terry, I would like some guidance. My ex partner whom I was cohabiting with. Has made a small money claim against me. Of just under 5k she is being represented by her brothers firm. I do believe she is bearing no legal costs. To cut a long story short. On her claim form she has put down her legal costs as being 1500 plus court fees of 205 During without prejudice discussion offers were made to settle the claim. Which she refused. She made a counter offer to settle the claim and stated she will accept 1500 this is a clear case of fraud or perjury? As the amount she would accept is the same amount on paper she would have to pay her legal rep. Which obviously I have doubt in believing she is has to pay anything at all. Can use this as evidence in small claims court? Thanks

I had a case which was dismissed by the judge without any reason. The order letter I’ve received didn’t have any reason. I’ve asked the court for a copy of the judgment and there was no judgment. So my claim has been discussed without any reason or judgment. My question is- is this acceptable? Can a Jude dismiss a claim without reasons? I would appreciate your reply
So basically An oral or written complaint can be brushed under the carpet And will never be resolved , meaning a person can get dismissal any given time without resolution?
Genuine in the explanation!
