Thank you for this guide. This is very informative. I finally made it to level 20 and got me a horse and I started doing a bit a crafting myself. Game is very good and Amazon did very well with it. Thank you again for this guide, dude!
@@Renfail Oh dude its so damn good! SO much to do as a single player and that's what I like. I like games that take time to beat. I don't want to finish a game after 10 hours or whatever. I like to live in these worlds. Starfield, Skyrim, Cyberpunk, Fallout 4. Might be adding WoW since I just found out from a comment on another one of your videos that you can play that game solo!
Another tip for end-game solo players. Farm any level of Mutated Starstone Barrow Expedition, not the normal low level one. The final boss can drop an Artifact Ring called Blooddrinker, it decreases your damage by 25%, but gives you 25% lifesteal, along with a boost to other lifesteal buffs on your gear. It makes any class capable of surviving solo-play style and makes it easier to fight 1v1 elite enemies. Obviously Expeditions are multiplayer dungeon, but it's worth doing it to get the ring to make soloing much more efficient.
I started off as soldier and switching my weapons to flail and shield and life staff and now I can be a DPS, tank, or a healer and it is so fun being a front line healer
I have literally never been the type of person to care about or freak out about spoilers, but I've been reading all of the lore pages meticulously and I was really curious about this Isabella person I keep reading about. then you just casually blurt out that that's the final boss. Thanks bro
So I did the demo and loved it but said I wouldn’t buy it until a sale ! And fuk me sideways I bought it on Thursday and have only slept for 10 hours since ! Thanks for the positivity!
Great guide, one thing archetypes have an impact on are the cosmetic style it starts with as it adds the ones corresponding to the selected archetype into your styles dictionnary, and some quest rewards during MSQ that are tailored for your archetype, but don t worry about theses rewards, you ll find much better options with crafting, shopping or some bosses Regarding styles, no worries you can get them Just by creating a different character of a different archetype
something to consider is some weapons like the flail and greatsword have self healing in their respective weapon masteries. You can also look for weapons with traits like lifesteal or leech.
Your comment on groups running quickly through expeditions is valid for mutated expeditions as the "score" you earn is based primarily on time and boss kills. Regular expeditions are not scored are are more relaxed and a way to learn the instance.
I never thought about it, but now that you mention it, I kinda wish I'd kept my starter gear for Transmog since I started again with a new character on a new server when I returned at Aeternum. I love gathering in this game so I tend to gather tons of stuff as I travel and sell them when I get back to the town and use cash I make to get supplies that I'll need. I do intend to eventually level up my cooking etc, but for now I'm enjoying gathering/fishing etc as I go. I run Life Staff and Flail so I've barely used pots, although I like to have them on hand just incase.
All the gear that you find can be transmogrified with transmog tokens. The game automatically saves them for you so no fear in selling or destroying the gear. You’ll notice that you will sometimes get a notice when you find something new and it’s added to your wardrobe. It won’t be an option to transmog until you acquire a transmog token to unlock it. Everything that you unlock is accounted for wide. Unfortunately I’ve only gotten 2 transmog tokens for free while leveling so I unlocked a helm and a chest piece that I liked. I will have to purchase more tokens if I want more than that.
**** WARNING **** No thank you for the spoil 😢💢 Did not have time to stop the video because... That's sad. Just a catastrophe for once was interested in story. Do not watch the video in you are still leveling up !

More of an advanced tip not a beginner's tip, but ok :) Thx
Thank you for your thoughtful guides and your content. You've helped me learn the game as a shy, older, solo player.
You're welcome! I'm glad I could help :)

We aren't talking "advanced" tactics in this beginner's guide :) But thanks!

Good stuff!
Stuff is indeed tasty
Fishing at 0. We can't be friends.
Hah!
So this will have fewer abilities than GW2 right? I want that because less is more to me in that regard.
Depends on your playstyle
