I adopted a cat this year, she's such a bundle of joy 💕
Daily walks, watching UA-cam, adopting a new dog from our local shelter has really helped
I realized this year that my happiness is what matters the most! Being stuck in quarantine or otherwise working I've realized how much was trivial and how many things I needed to let go and move on from. I honestly feel refreshed now that I've dropped the dead weight! Happy New Year! Wishing everyone peace.
Things that helped me through this year: my (as of last week) husband. I don’t know how I would have made it through this year without him.
Crochet and knitting oddly. Can get restless when watching a show or movie or listen to a podcast but knitting while doing so makes it much better! Also, the silly pride when you make something yourself that you actually will have use for. I rec
What helped through the pandemic: sudarshan kriya for when anxiety is bad, finding a safe place to go work from so I’m not isolated in the house, and exercise is an underrated mood stabilizer so I’ve done some bike rides
Animal Crossing, my cats, cooking , UA-cam (your channel being one of them!), journaling, and my partner helped me get through this year. Also some meditation and walks ♥️
Calm meditation app and Alba Botanica pimple patches are two things that have helped make 2020 a bit better. As always, great video.
Wine, naps, CBD and therapy is what has kept me together. I have been especially grateful for more time with my husband and kids too.
Talking about your planner with your beautiful home in the background made me think, could you consider doing on a video on how to keep your home neat and organized with ADHD? I struggle with this a lot.

I’ve dealt with the death of close family members this year: my dad, my son(dog), my grandmother. Gave birth in Jan, dealt with postpartum depression, stresses of being a new mother. It’s been a shitty year. What got me through it eventually was seeing my daughter blossom into a vibrant, sassy, hilarious, silly, and spunky little human. Oh, and really awesome skincare. Favorite brands of skincare this year: CocoKind and Honua Beauty. Here’s to 2021 sucking way less!!!
Things that got me through 2020: #1 - MY BEST FRIEND!, my family and their financial support, my cat 😸, becoming part of an amazing new work fam, moving back into my own space, working out & tanning at the gym (when it was possible), camping & swimming & soaking up the sunshine all summer, watching Lost all the way through, Marissa Lace's self love courses, cooking and baking all kinds of new recipes, kundalini yoga, journaling. So beyond grateful for all the exterior support I've had access to as well as the inner support I found 😌💕

I always look forward to these videos but this year they've provided extra comfort. Thank you so much for making them - I'm so grateful to content creators who've somehow found the will and ability to keep putting out videos this year! Animal Crossing def made this year a lot more bearable for me, along with spending more time at home with my husband, whose support and ability to make me laugh really got me through (soppy but true!). Me and you both got a Weighted blanket and I really think they work for anxiety in my opinion
I am completely hooked on Animal Crossing, thanks to you 😄. Wish I could visit in dreamland, but we do not have an internet connection in our winter cabin, just the data on my phone. I am thinking of purchasing a weighted blanket, I will check that one out. A duvet cover for it would help to keep it clean, then you could just pop that into the wash. What has and is keeping me going this year is focusing on cooking super clean and exercise, journaling, pampering, etc.. I have not been wearing much makeup as only the dogs & hubby see me and they only want to be fed and loved. I am making a beauty wish list for the spring though. Again, Happy New Year and thank you for all the great content🥰! Oh and I am happy to hear the THC oil is helpful with sleep.
Animal Crossing was definitely a real must for me in March/April! To be honest though, once I'd built my island up and done all the upgrades to me house I kind of got bored with it.

I need a weighted, and washable, SNUGGIE. I had a weighted blanket when they first started coming out but it was hard to carry around the house (from bed to couch) and being unable to wash it started to gross me out. I’ve been wearing a back brace and it gives such a tight squeeze it feels like a hug and is super comforting in a unique way. But, weighted Snuggie, washable, needs to be a thing.

Thanks for sharing! I’ve been wanting a weighted blanket and the one your showed is beautiful! Definitely on my wish list. Also, that little printer is such a neat product! I love the idea of sending cards with little photos in it so it can go up on the fridge or can be kept in a wallet. I’ve also been needing to get back into using a planner. I stopped for quite a while because I wasn’t following what I had written and planned for and was getting too disappointed and frustrated at myself. But, some progress is better than none, so it shall begin to happen again here shortly once I get a new 2021 planner! What got me through this year is not living in the US (where I am, Covid is present but nothing compared to the US and thus, my anxiety and stress isn’t as bad as it would be if I lived back home) and also Story of Seasons on the Switch! Such a fun game. I need to try Animal Crossing, but have yet to do so. Glad you found a fun game to pass the time!! 💛

I have “play animal crossing” on my to-do list for NYE. I impulse/stress bought a switch lite back in April and have only played once! (Adhd here as well, not sure if that has anything to do with it.)
My partner honestly is about all that got me through. Grateful for them everyday.
Prayer + focusing on giving/serving has helped with toning down my own stress, which helps so much in a full household. Thanks for your videos, and blessings on you and your family this coming year!

Oh I'm so far behind on watching UA-cam videos and so excited to stay in on this snowy day and catch up on yours! I might need to give Animal Crossing a try. We bought a switch for our kids to share a couple years ago but they rarely play it. Maybe I'll take a turn with it! I have the set of minis in my Sephora cart from Sol de Janeiro. It has the bum bum cream, body wash, and fragrance spray (not the perfume, but at least a spray). I keep trying to decide if I actually need to order it or not and I probably do. :-)

School really got me through this year. It gave me something to focus on even though it was online I had a goal I was working towards.
Reading, Netflix, and as weird as it sounds attempting to learn Russian have all helped me out this year.

No but you probably could, i just don't think it would be particularly economical... maybe they have little printers especially for that though?

This was lovely! 2020 has really forced me to slow down and evaluate exactly what I do (and do not) want in my life. I'm not a fan of "New Years resolutions" but does this amazing community have any goals/thoughts/feelings as we move into 2021? I'm hoping to say "yes, and" more often, embrace more of my whole self, and show my authentic self more fully to more people. How about y'all?
