- G'day everyone, so I got a request to do a quick tour of the mods I have installed on my 2004 ford courier 4x4.
Please forgive me for my mispronunciations of some parts and whatnot, I realize it's a fuel injector pump, not a fuel injector, and so on. I am just a bit nervous I'm not really used to talking to myself in the driveway haha.
There's a bunch of stuff that I missed though if you'd like any follow-up videos or if you'd like me to go more in-depth on anything you see here please ask!
This video is labeled V.1 because all of my projects are works in progress and always subject to change.
I'd love any form of feedback so if you feel like something wasn't right or anything please let me know.

Thanks mate! Nice set up just bought me a Ford Courier and runs ok but looking at getting the gearbox, clutch and fuel injectors cause it goes very slow of 1st and crunches into 4th sometimes
I have a gearbox for sale on the sunshine coast qld if you need one :P.
I have a clutch you could take if you wanted it for free too.
Impressive mods. Got a question. Since the hose swap, where do you connect your boost controller and your boost gauge? Thanks!
Boost controller is just before the waste gate, so after the pipe swap between the fuel pump and waste gate. The boost gauge connection is just connected on a three-way splitter from the boost lines.
I have completely changed everything on this setup since this video though. I am long overdue to do an update on the ute. Sneak peak: I rolled this ute in the video, and I am currently moving everything over to a new shell.

Hey have you considered doing a new vid with the current setup? I’m interested in the manifolds, turbo etc. I have a exhaust, VJ33 with a ‘Gtx’ turbine wheel, etc trying to get my WLT to the next level.

Nah mate, no majors, I don't really think it has the nicest note though it makes a good difference to the performance. I am currently halfway through modifying my current exhaust to have a side dump and new down pipe.
What size down pipe u running?

How did u block your egr valve on the exhaust side?
My ute is pre-egr mate, never had one to block.

@@high_lyfe8546 it should be just a blocking plate or remove the egr entirely and add a blocking plate

Why have a blow off valve ? It’s a diesel , doesn’t need 1
Yeah dude, it's more for fun than anything else, sometimes stuff is just fun to prove you can do rather than it having a practical application. I have removed this year's ago though.

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't have to lift it at all for the 31s. Probably gonna need a lift with 33s or more
