life saver! I haven't ever done again after one time I ordered and returned it immediately since I got to try it on to pick up at the store before I got home. Not only was the strap part uncomfortable for my toes but the heel was so heavy. They were really cute tho :(

My most bad horror stories are (I have many): receiving shoes that are either already damaged in the box or receiving a wrong pair of shoes(another model/wrong size) 🤷🏿♀️. Another bad thing is sometimes you order multiple items and the shoe gets refunded for another shoe that you decided to keep.
That’s horrible! So many errors that’s the annoying part of ordering online lawd 😤😤
