I truly believe that if Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi knew about all the misdeeds of danzo in detail, they themselves would have killed him. When it comes to Sasuke, Naruto does not fool around. If he knew that danzo was the reason behind akatsuki becoming villain, his own suffering, uchiha massacare and itachi's suffering because of which sasuke goes rougue; he would have executed danzo in brutal way.
Danzo tried to "protect the village" but in turn made it more unstable and in danger. That is prob why he wasnt appointed Hokage by the 2nd Hokage. He may have had good intentions (somewhat) but i also think his decisions for most were colored by his jealousy of the Hiruzen
As for student of B's whose goes missing, i definitely not blaming her at all being rageful like that. It's like your loving one being kidnapped and then missing, and someone who related to the kidnapper didn't share information which is annoying and pissed you off. It's understandable
