Nice collection, like most of us collectors, I've sold and repurchased the same cards back and fourth over the years, I started back collecting MJ in 2014, I got the essential inserts and early issues I could before the prices went crazy, I kick myself not being able to aqquire some but am thankful I got what I could when I did. The prices are not ever going to drop, only get higher and higher with time.
Beautiful collection! A few that I haven't seen before. Thanks for sharing. Just started obtaining graded Jordan's several months ago. Have some beautiful raw Jordan's I wish were graded, but have never sent in before, so I'm purchasing now.
that first MJ is siiickkk...lmao love the beat to hell MJ ROOKIE. I never seen one in that bad of condition, which means it's actually more rare than a PSA 7,8,9,10!!! Hang onto that for uniqueness!!!
As a professional mathematician (not joking, I am a mathematician), I am sorry to inform you that your Jordan RC does not grade a 1.0, but rather only a 0.5! However, PSA would probably round that number up to a 1.0 :) With the Jordan Bull market (pun intended), I bet your beat-up Jordan RC is currently worth a 4-digit price, which I find to be crazy! Thanks for the great video!
I really miss those days in the 90’s when you saved your lunch money to buy a pack of Fleer Ultra, hoping to pull a rare insert with cool design and graphics. I think cards should be about those things - aesthetic beauty! Nowadays it’s all about autographs and a pack/box of “high end” cards costs obscene amount of money! I mean if you want autographs, just buy a piece of authentic memorabilia, eg signed photo, signed jersey, signed shoes, etc. and it probably won’t cost you as much as “high end” cards these days (where you only have a very small chance of pulling the autograph of a specific player). I can never understand why people would pay thousands of dollars to buy a “high end” box where you are not even guaranteed to pull the autographs of specific players.
Really nice cards! I’d love to get a jordan rc but the prices now omg. Saw a bgs 4 go for $3500 cdn. Back maybe 12 months ago you could get a psa 7 for that.
I really enjoyed that Jordan fleer card. I would say that damage doesn't really bother me if its authenticated. If I had all the money in the world and really wanted a card I'd still pick up that Jordan fleer card regardless. Its vintage! :) How much btw?
as soon as i discovered ebay about a decade ago, i bought 4 jordan signature cards, and they've skyrocketed in value since then, rare cards, even super low pop rare cards of jordan are nice, but at the end of the day, they can keep making such rare jordan cards till the end of time, but the autographs will have a strict limit on population (errr after he dies), so the real long term value is all in the autographs imo
