    Hi Noel, I can’t decide if going for the two happy or the fever, what are the main differences? I’m looking for a performance shortboard that is easy to ride, goes well in small conditions but can also hold a more solid surf (I want to fill the gap between my neckbeard3 and the SD Gamma, having a performance shortboard that could be versatile). Thanks for the help!

    Huge thanks for all the amazing contents you are doing, sincerly 🙏
    One question: The New Flyer (now quite old :) ) having also an aggressive entry/exit rocker (both staged) & a strong double-concave, do you think that the feeling we can find on this Two Happy could be a bit similar to the sensations we had on the New Flyer ?
    (saying that because I had once a magical New Flyer and searching for a slightly updated version of this NF)

    • @surfnshowreviews7777
      @surfnshowreviews7777  Рік тому +1

      Not really… the NF and Twi Happy surfing nothing alike. I personally like the Happy Everyday way better compared to the two models you are talking about.
      The Happy ED is faster, more versatile and easier to shred in 2-6’ surf.

      Many thanks Noel it helps me a lot ☺️ I’ll need one last recommendation between HE and NB3… My choice will now be reduced to Happy ED or NB3: both having similar programs isn’t it? (Happy ED having slightly more rocker so being slightly more versatile if I’ve understood your reviews correctly?) I’m more ‘back footed’ :) Thank you.

    Howzit Noel,
    I’m a huge fan of the show and really take your analysis/opinion into consideration when buying the boards you review. That being said, it would be cool/helpful to the audience if you went over why a board wasn’t a favorite of yours. Thanks!

    • @surfnshowreviews7777
      @surfnshowreviews7777  3 роки тому +3

      Boards that become favorites of mine are boards that I don’t want to stop riding after the review. Boards that set the bar for the category they are built for. Most boards feel solid and go good. Boards that are favorites are exceptional and if a board makes my favorite list should be on your radar. I’ve only had one board review that did not go good and that was the Rusty Chew Toy. I also struggled to get good speed from the Rocket 9 in PU/Poly with a Thruster set up for the point breaks I surf.

      @@chrisairpr The Fever suits my style of surfing in So Cal surf... especially at the point breaks I like to surf. The waves I surf don’t have a lot of power and not very hollow so I tend to like HPSB without a lot of rocker. To be completely honest with you I prefer boards like the NB2, OG Flyer, Rocket Wide for 1-6’ waves here in So Cal. They carry way more speed, easier to paddle and easier to shred.

      Phantom has less rocker overall so it paddles better and has more glide. The Phantom’s wide point is front of center with more foam under your chest and it likes to carve.
      Two Happy is a HPSB…. You need to keep it moving to generate speed, it will surf the pocket better with the ability for more critical turns.
      I personally like the Phantom better out of these two boards.

      @@cyberxdeth I don't like the Sub Driver 2.0 Ligth Speed. Fever Spine Tek best board I have ever had. Construction matters, Spine Tek feels very natural.

      You can buy our fins in two Tab and they go great in FCSII plugs. No talks at this point making them with FCS to make them in the click in FCSII tab.

      Not talking about pressure dents much on PU Poly boards. I love PU/Poly on my HPSB’s but they damage so easily that it’s not worth talking about.
